where do you see them in 3-4 years price wise? why are you so bullish on them vs other chip heavyweights?

3-4 years might be a trillion dollar company or about $1,700/share.

Management is top-notch and they are in on every future tech trend in AI. Best in class. And they have proven they can execute. Jut buy any dips.

Yeah, if they make it through to the other side, but at the same time the future of hotels and entertainment may seriously be "permanently" altered in previously unimaginable ways. I'm not saying you're wrong about the stock prices, but to say it's just 1 bad year and then business as usual may be underselling this shift.

Agreed. Predicting the long term influence of this or other (to come) virus's could dampen consumer sentiment\consumption for years. Given the consumer was circa 70% of GDP was always a caution flag to me.

Ok Boys I am soliciting your assistance. I am an ETF guy and I already own enough QQQ, TQQQ, SOXX, and SPXL.

I typically avoid Individual Stocks but I believe I have no choice but to look for opportunities in the next several weeks.

Outside of the usual FANG and WATCH (acronym) stocks, what companies do you guys believe are worth a hard look at holding for 3-4 years?

I like beat up ETF's, so it is only natural that I would like beat up companies. I am Not going to buy TSLA, AMZN, or NFLX type companies at these levels.

I want companies with lots of upside the next 3-4 years.

My list so far:

BA (boeing)
DIS (disney)
DAL (delta)
LUV (southwest)
JPM (chase)
GS (goldman sachs)
MGM
LVS (las vegas sands)


What else should I be looking at right now and over the next several weeks heading into the end of May and early June ??

DOCU. I missed ZOOM and still think issues loom, but DOCU solid, as no one wants to meet and (maybe never will again) sign doc's face to face. Those days are over. ZOOM concerns me as they're giving it away to gain market share. Not sure what happens when it's "pay for". However both positioned for the new normal.

Big tech doing well today, most everything else is lagging behind even though S&P shows tiny gain at the moment. Let's see what last hour brings. I'm thinking it will be selling and closing near day lows around 2770.

No real conviction on BA at the moment; however, I think that Boeing will be higher a year from now.

I mentioned Royal Caribbean (RLC) in a previous thread. It's hanging around in the low-mid 30's but if I had a stock pick of the year, it is this one. Don't be afraid of COVID-19, in the next few months this takes off. Very well run, well capitalized company and well positioned to ride the storm. Wouldn't touch the other cruise stocks but this one should be in your portfolio

We are at a 50% retracement level. For traders I would be cautious of any gap up openings and would be gone by lunch. Another new economy stock that I bought that I don't see mentioned is WORK. Although Pelosi's husband bought a bunch of calls on it in February. Now profitable. Don't know if its good or bad he owns a ton. I got stopped out of ZM with a small profit. Long term investors should seriously consider BRK-B. Buffett has not bought anything yet. Actually did a bond offering in Yen to raise MORE cash. You just know that when he makes a move with some of that 100+ billion it'll be a good one. His current portfolio makeup is a little over weighted in financials and consumer goods. But that cash......wow. You'll have a good partner if you buy Berkshire. Traders can ride NVDA SNPS and even COST with tight stops.

So my positions are all in bright green now but let me be honest here. The Gilead news might be fool's gold. Other drugs in Europe and a few here showed a little promise then fizzled out.

There was no control group here so other factors could've been at play for the improved patients.

buy the existing bonds if you can get your hands on them, closed yesterday at 23 cents, probably worth at least 60 in the near future... after june they start collecting $20 million/month from a-list again, costs are reduced big time
