Already have mine (doesn't quite look like that one). I think a lot about how all this crpto-madness will play out and I don't know. But whatever develops, I can always look out in driveway and smile.

I hodl all my crypto now. I bought BTC back when it was $42 and sold at $30 like a dumb ass. Now, I just dollar cost average. Hopefully by the time I cash out, they'll waive capital gains on cryptos or some other incentive.

Bitcoin will easily go below 10000 next week. Anyone who is buying bitcoin at the moment is doomed.

Haha, very wishful thinking huh?? But, one congressman has been trying to push a bill where you can dip into 401k to buy real estate and not pay the capital gains accumulated. It's been picking up steam. He wants to introduce another bill that will forgo capital gains on anything if you use it for real estate purchases. Statistics show that there would be a HUGE stimulus to the economy. He made a very compelling argument. Who knows what we might see in the next decade.
But in the big scheme of things, if you make millions in this crypto shit, do you really care if you have to pay gains? I wouldn't be upset paying taxes if I hit the lotto.

ETH of all the top Major coins (not counting xrp in this-for now) has by far been the best performer since the large massive spike a week or so ago by all of them.
Seems like every time btc dips again all of them follow but eth still hanging out in the 700's. if it followed same path as btc and ltc it should be in mid 600's

Dipping into 401k generates ordinary income, not cap gains. No way they're gonna let anyone escape that.
Bitcoin started December at about $9,500. So even if it fell to $10k tomorrow, it would still be up for the month of December.

Before BCH, the correlation between money flowing out of BTC and into ETH as well as Alt Coins was more prevalent... BCH kind of shook up the market, but it has started to move back into that direction...

Unless I'm not understanding the picture, there should be some way to transfer crypto in one's 401K. Mine is with Fidelity.
For example, suppose I want to cash out my crypto. I should be able to shoot it into Fidelity and be able to avoid "taxable gains"...... I did this with two small pensions I had coming my way. Lump-summed both of them and had them transferred directly into my Fidelity account thus avoiding taxation..... Someday, perhaps?

I may rue this decision later if it doesn't happen but I'm waiting until what I anticipate a selloff of everything early in the new year (to delay taxable gains) to buy buy buy
