I agree the line seems short in the sense that if the game were in Philly, Celtics would probably be favored by around 8. Even still, the Sixers will garner plenty of public money getting double digit points. Public rarely fades the Sixers.

This line should be closer to 13.5 in my opinion. Boston is rolling. They'll pick apart this defense to shreds. It's a 20 point win.
