The fact he left the body a mile from his house lets you know he's the most imbecilic human being walking earth....
Lets say he JUST HAD THE URGE TO MURDER HIM, AND HAD TO MURDER HIM NO MATTER THE $40mil contract or WHAT!! he needed him DEAD!!....
Why leave the body lying around like Dog poop on the ground? Chop the shit up, burn it, and dump the ashes into a river... You POSSIBLY live to walk another day....

#111wowzer. i just figured he killed the guy in the heat of an argument. from what cnn is saying, he "orchestrated" the whole murder. actually drove the guy to a remote destination and executed him. doesnt matter how much money he has, done deal is right.Comment -

And he'll get convicted with just "circumstantial evidence"....
He already lost 40 million ...
Your life goal must be to be a contrarian if you're getting a kick outta doing it here.

#120WTF are you talking about. I am bring some knowledge to this discussion. It is circumstantial, vast majority of it. And, dying declaration is hearsay. What did I say that was contrarian, or wrong?Comment -

It's clear you want to give some impression he MIGHT get off, or that he SHOULD get off, and you enjoy the attention of being in this VAST minority.... Do you think people are stupid?
Now you want to play contrarian with me.
Like I said, have fun buddy....
It's normally more fun to be a contrarian when you have at least 1% of hope of coming out on the least popular side.... So, since I see this is your life goal. Have fun.Comment -

#1242nd degree. A crime of passion. An arguement occured they were drunk and since Hernandez is a thug he has guns laying around his house... he picked one up and shot and killed his friend. And then took the body down the street to hide it.
If this was 1st degree he would have not murdered him at his home. And i would hope for his sake he would have done a little more planning and taken measures to make sure the body and evidence was not found.
Prosecutor says Hernandez had motive, means, and opportunity, and he orchestrated the crime from the beginning. Sounds like first degree to meComment -

#132From TMZ
During the hearing, prosecutors say they can prove Hernandez stopped at a gas station hours before the murder and purchased gas, cigarettes and BLUE COTTON CANDY FLAVORED BUBBLICIOUS BUBBLE GUM.
After Odin was murdered, investigators say they found a shell casing that matched the caliber of the bullet used to kill the 27-year-old ... and next to the casing -- A CHEWED PIECE OF BLUE COTTON CANDY FLAVORED BUBBLICIOUS BUBBLE GUM.

Just the SIMPLE FACT that a person with the brain of Aaron Hernandez CURRENTLY walks earth in these times, is scary....
Not scary as in, he might go off killing people..... But just scary, because it's a sign of the end of humanity as we know it that a human being can POSSIBLY be this dumb.Comment -
