sounds like his buddies have turned on him, doesn't matter much what the quality of evidence is. He is connected, apparently seen on video with the gun and, odds are the two others guy already flipped on him. He's done.
Now, i dont know if they flipped on him or not ,just heard something about the other 2 guys are "cooperating" with authorities on the radio while i was driving home. That usually means one thing.Comment -
