I would agree that their customer service is so bad it's ridiculous. On the other hand, if I was getting paid $3 an hour to be a phone puppet in Costa Rica, I'd probably be fed up with the "Where's my goddamn money" call too. Probably wouldn't care too much about whether my employer came off looking like a broke ass book either.

That same broad told me no money was going out today. Didnt say 24-48 hours. She had no answer when I asked when I will be paid. Now sounds like she is changing it up. They knew no money was going out, thats why they didnt remove money from everybodys account. If she would have explainded yesterday about a 24-48 delay, I wouldn't have made this thread. But she had no answer for me. And why hang up on me twice?

I think the OP is confusing the words "official" and "opinion". BI payouts are being slowed by the recent purchase of other Books, creating more p2p's than they can handle--a problem further complicated by their check processor being down. It's a good sign that checks are back for people wanting larger payouts. Same day guaranteed p2ps may be changed to next day instead, a sign of the times a guess. So relax, the world's not ending--at least not until Dec 21st.

Again, the gist of the problem is, and has been for a while, that they make promises they can't keep in an environment where a lot of people have been burned. People freak out at the smallest sign of trouble. But BI is just as much at fault for continuing to make these promises.

Ryan, who is in charge of payout, is not in the office till Friday. And Jon, he is not in the office again and he may come in about an hour or he may not come in at all today.. this is repsponse I got from Kelly when I asked her what time Jon is coming in today..
