They knew dam well we werent getting paid yesterday, but they lied and told us to "check back in an hour". Just be up front and would have been ok.

well.. believe me.. I am upset as you are..sort of... I did receive my payout yday which I requested it last saturday. and payout which I requested yday, not sure if I will be getting it today or not... But Betislands themselves doesn't really know until their processor let them know...so I wouldn't say they lied. However, if I don't get my payout today, I will be really upset.. because Ryan, the man who is in charge of payout, told me that I won't be getting two payouts yday but one yday(which I received) and one today for sure.

I put in a request yesterday for a $3000 *********** payout and they told me it would be sent out on monday..today i called back to see if i could change the amount of the payout to $5000 because the money was still in my account and i assumed it hasn't been processed .I speak to a guy named Rudy who tells me he sees nothing in my account at all about a payment being requested yesterday by me..so we start the process over with him taking down my information. Im one o the lucky ones to have received three p2p payouts since November 27th, but this customer service nightmare has to stop, they have become a joke, i have zero confidence that anything they tellme is true. If i didn't call to change the amount of the payout then i would have been waiting around next week for a payout that wouldn't come because it was never even put in the system..of course this one might not be put in the system either so later this week i will have to call back to make sure the guy i spoke to today did his job correctly...I know they are having problems now, or a 'hiccup' as Jon said..but this is past the point of ridiculous.

curious as to why SBR hasnt responded to all these concerns... ??? There is obviously something wrong here... This needs to be addressed. Can you get us some answers as to whats going on?? i dont think anybody is buying the processor issues excuse.. And people knock on others betting with locals?? Atleast if something goes wrong you can "solve" the issues in a variety of ways......With this kinda shit you are at the mercy of some fukks in Costa Rica
