I think they were actually a C bet loss last year but I would

things sure are slower starting out this yr. w/ jm sys. Last yr. around this time we had about 9 or 10 wins by now. Mod. sys. sounds ok, but will follow the first couple games( which probably means some winners for alot of you guys)

if miami should lose today(su & ats) on the mod. A bet, should one wager B bet for mod. sys. & A bet for jm sys. next week, if playing both systems? Or just make it a straight 4 gm. chase (if needed)between both systems? Also w/ mod. sys., if at any point during the chase miami should happen to go below .500, should we stop chasing?

jphil, re-reading post #1, I believe that on3's modified system stands alone. So, if Miami loses ATS today, I think there will be a JM A bet and On3 B bet next week.

Also, I think you are committed to the series if the teams drops below .500, which is quite likely in the early part of the season when each game equates to .100 or more.

thanx kev. If miami wins, then no jm bet. Wonder if it's worth just chancing playing mod. sys. on it's own, when they happen to possibly overlap like that. Might just wait it out beings it's 1st mod. chase of the season. God knows we could use some more plays though.

Not true a game can end in a tie, (not the case for todays game) but if a team does not score in overtime thats it and it's a tie.

If the game is tied after 4 quarters then in the NFL they have a sudden death overtime (first team to score wins) if the game is still tied at the end of overtime the game is over and its a tie. Now since your bet would have been +4 then yes your bet would have covered.
