I am still looking for Dallas +21. Just can't seem to find that line anywhere. Dallas blows. And the books are only offering +7.5 to +8 on them. The Packers just shut the Jets down. Down to 0. Skunked them. Why aren't the books giving more points to Dallas? I hope I am wrong, I usually am when it comes to picking winners......

Stop saying this. You don't know what RLM is. To be honest I'm sick of explaining it every time I see a post like this. There are plenty of threads on the subject maybe you should go read them. Good luck.

This is one of those occasions when JM will claim a win. The point spread ranged from +3 to +6.5 throughout the day. +6.5 only became available quite late at BetUs, where JM bases his results. I had +5, so I face a large C Bet or I walk away from a medium loss. The major error I made, IMHO, was not buying 2.5 points to take the spread to +7.5 (prob odds of 1.50), which is a solid handicap against a TD or 2 FGs. +5 is feck-all use, except for the better odds. Thinking hat on for a few days....

Good win with Chicago on the modified system and Cincy at +5 should have been bought to +7 or +7.5 as the rules dictate. Cincy was a win as far as the system goes.

Exactly what I thought. I Got +7.5 and b365 at 1.74... I agree, cant see the point at betting between 3 and 7 per say. If it's above 3 I always take it to at least 7 regardless. Below 3 take it to 3.5 at least. Anything above 7 on the line leave as is, maybe buy halves to cover touchdowns/Pens...

Just wanted to give some info that I came across that would be helpful for this week.

Teams that did not cover game 1 of a 2 game road trip are 13-2 ATS this year. The teams who fall under this trend this week are NY Jets, Tenn (almost a Mod System play), KC (playing Denver), Dallas (our C bet), New England (almost a Mod System play).

So have some confidence in betting Dallas this week. You may want to tread lightly on Denver, and maybe lay some action on New England, the Ny Jets, and Tenn.

I don't agree. JM's system states that "I recommend that you buy half a point (.5) onto the spread if your team happens to be an underdog with an exact spread of either +2.5, +3, +6.5 or +7"

However, I wholeheartedly agree with you that the rule of common sense recommends buying points from +5 to +7.5.

Therefore, to be true to JM's system, Cincy is a C Bet today.

it's a teaser. kind of like a parlay, only you have to have 3 teams. the only problem is all 3 have to win or you lose.
