Not to go on a wild tangent, but is it realistic to expect that Saturday and Sunday should be treated differently from the other days of the week because there is more activity by inexperienced gamblers? So far, Sunday has not looked much different than a weekday for these recent weeks in NCAAB and NBA, but Saturday definitely has a difference.

Also, reviewing NHL, not sure I am doing it right. Are you looking for 63%/37% or greater public bias on moneyline and then reverse vig movement in the moneyline? or that plus the same thing on the spread percentages?

For NCAA, I have been looking at the spreads that fit into RLM system. Then I delve further to look at 1st half ML's and spread's. If the spreads are static for 1st half, I still might take it. If this spread fits into RLM system, then I obviously take it. If I take a 1st half spread that is relatively small, I will usually take the 1st half ML too. I guess that I use instinct based on my knowledge of college bball in conjunction with our RLM system, and it's been doing pretty well. I will continue to post my plays to keep track, and I will always have a longer list than wise guy's. I suggest continually following wiseguy and then taking a look at some of my more advanced plays to see if any interest you.

If I just take a moneyline, it is because spread is static & ML is falling into RLM system. Perhaps this is hard to understand, as I guess it is a matter of attentive line watching and perception of the abilities of both teams.

I am glad you mentioned NBA because I am going to start looking at 1st qtr and 1st half spreads in those games starting tomorrow, so I will be keeping you guys updated w/ what I find.

As far as hockey is concerned, I am more lenient as far as the 63% goes and the 3000 bets because I've noticed less people bet on hockey on average than the other sports (not saying that plays still can't meet that criteria...you would just be limiting your success rate in hockey if you rigidly stuck by criteria.) If the figures are in the ball park, then I take a look at the game. The spreads will be +/- 1.5 and stay constant, so I watch the ML's. If the ML falls into RLM system, then I will play the ML and the spread (or just the spread by itself...again somewhat depending upon the perception of abilities of both teams)
