Southern Miss Team Total Over 66.5 [-110]
Murray State is only giving up 57 ppg, but on 46% shooting and the numbers look somewhat skewed based on the Racers playing some lower level competition in three of their games so far. Southern Miss is highly efficient so far from beyond the arc at almost 40% and has beaten this number in four of five games. Page and Bolden are a great 1-2 combo. Southern Miss is also solid from the stripe at 76%, so if they can get there ... they make them.Comment -
Gonna pass on the UNLV-UNC 2nd half. Number seems right on target with being very close in the very end. Would lean toward over with the way the game has played out and if there is a foul parade ... you won't want to be on the under. Whistles seemed somewhat quick, so might be something to consider for the 2nd half. Good luck!Comment -

DePaul-Arizona State Over 142 [-110]
Oliver Parnell has his team running and gunning at a high tempo. So far, it has produced quality results with a 3-1 mark and 50% shooting from the floor. The Blue Demons are also shooting 34% from the arc and a solid 72% from the line. Arizona State has proven mostly efficient in Herb Sendek's system once again. They don't necessarily push the pace, but they are getting possessions in the 70-73 range and have shown that they are okay with a slightly quicker tempo in some games. The Sun Devils are a rock solid 75% from the line, so FTs can certainly help the cause here. ASU is coming off a brilliant 59% shooting night against Wake Forest and could get some easy buckets against a DePaul D that isn't the best.Comment -

Not sure man. Good luck with whatever you decide. Some of these teams I just need to see more of before I decide what is what. That game probably comes down to tempo. If STL gets theirs, OU probably won't execute as well as they have, but if the tempo is up - Sooners have a shot.

Last one tonight for me. Crimson Tide are one of the best defensive squads in the country and will likely add to the VCU growing pains. The Rams are shooting just 36%, while the Tide are allowing only 30% from the floor. Alabama isn't the most efficient squad, but VCU is struggling by allowing 47% shooting from the floor. Green and Mitchell are a little banged up, but will play for the Tide and make the difference down low.Comment -

Long Beach State-Louisville Under 134 [-110]
This is a different squad so far for Pitino. Defensively, they have been stifling with just 30% shooting allowed and only 46 ppg. This version of Louisville is not looking to speed the tempo much at this point as they are averaging possessions mainly in the mid 60s per game. The Cards average 66 ppg. Long Beach is averaging a healthy 74 ppg, but this figures to be the toughest defense they faced since San Diego State held them to 65 in regulation. Look for the Cards and their short bench to keep the tempo under control and stifle the 49ers.Comment -
