I think two good moneyline opportunities on the ladies side tonight. Split 'em and you make a little something.

Gonzaga hits. Has been one of the best bets the last couple years in the women's tourney. They stick them in as a double digit or close to double digit seed and let them play at home.

Figures I took the blind Oregon State over last time they played and it missed. This time, I go with the numbers and they might combine for 100.

Don't dig the women's game. but Green Bay came back from 17 down at the half to go up 61261, but now down by 1 with under :07. Gonna be a tough loss but still a great rally.

Ay EP how you feeling about that over 74.5 play? Not looking too bad in my opinon. I caught it at 74!
Check that. Now corrected. Numbers early in the morning, not fun to concentrate on.

A couple more moneylines to try with the girls tonight, looking to split and profit. Tourney always offers some interesting shots because of teams that get seeded lower, but wind up playing on their home courts. That is the case with both LSU & Vanderbilt, just like Gonzaga last night. Even if Duke kills Vanderbilt, gotta try at that price. Vanderbilt beat solid tourney teams in Oklahoma and Tennessee on their home floor and have lost just once on their home floor this season. Duke is a young team, so you never know.

Debated this and decided to do it.
CIT [1st Half] Rice-Oakland Over 75 [-110] Rice has seen a team that loves to get up and down in Lamar earlier this season, so they won't be shocked by the tempo and speed that Oakland likes to work at. Rice should also have success against the porous Oakland defense. I do think Rice will try to contain tempo a little bit, but if Oakland can make some shots early there should be a chance to get this going up and down the court.

Ladies upsets were elsewhere last night w/Kansas & St.John's getting the ML dog wins. At least the 1st half bet hit. Thinking only 2nd halves tonight.

The number is high based on possessions here. Should be more like 69 vs. 80, but this is Oregon State. Looked at the game flow. There was one five minute stretch from 15-10 minutes where there was only nine points scored, but then 46 scored from 10 to the half. It's an auto play on the over for Oregon State @ home. It has hit far more than it missed. What the hell, gotta go with what you've seen all season. Gonna be close.

There have been some funky finishes in a lot of these. The Minnesota-MTSU one as I linked up there was just unbelievable. Granted the under was about busted already at the 1:00 mark - but still, 23 pts in one minute is disgusting. Oregon State seemed to just be my albatross lately. I used the formula strictly for their game with TCU and took the UNDER and it got crushed. So I went back to what I knew from their season on 2nd half overs and it finished way under with terrible shooting from OSU. Probably would have been best to pass on. Discipline is always a battle. Been tough sledding, but it's a grind and there are still games to go to try and turn it around.
Yeah, it seems like your formula plays overall do much better than your gut plays. Discipline is absolutely necessary in sports betting.

East Region: Wisconsin-Syracuse Total Three Point Shots Made Over 12.5 [-110] Given the volume of three point shots that Wisconsin puts up and is likely to put up against the 2-3 zone, this seems a solid try. The Badgers have made ten threes in each of their two NCAA games thus far [20/52]. The Badgers have not seen a ton of zone defense, but they did get a glimpse against Vanderbilt which might yield some help tonight. They'll have to adjust though to the length and quickness of the Orange's zone vs. any others they have seen this season. They have to make threes to win this game and they won't be gun shy. Syracuse is capable of adding to this total with their own shooters. The Orange aren't volume shooters, but they have a few streaky guys like Jardine, Triche, Joseph and Southerland who can all get hot and hit multiple long balls. SU has made five and six threes in their first two NCAA games. A repeat in that range would give this prop a real nice shot. Wisconsin has solid perimeter defense, holding opponents to 28% from distance on the season - but that number is up to 35% over their last five. Syracuse has seen some of the best defense in the country against Louisville and some other Big East teams like South Florida, so I doubt they're going to be too weary of the Badgers D. Seeing plenty of Syracuse games, they don't necessarily get many "rhythm" threes in the flow of their offense. Thus, I think they'll still crank some shots up from deep, ill-advised as they might be. Again, good for this prop's purposes. I think Wisconsin needs to hit a bit above their average of 7.6 makes per game to give this the best opportunity to cash + at least one of the aforementioned Orange shooters needs to hit multiple threes. I think eight would be the minimum for Wisconsin to make to get this in in prime position with the Orange doing the rest of the work.

East Region: Ohio State PF Deshaun Thomas Total Points Over 16.5 [-125] Thomas is potentially the trickiest match-up for a Cincinnati team that plays with four guards & Yancy Gates. Thomas will have a size advantage likely on anyone who guards him and his inside-outside game will make him tough for anyone to handle. He has scored 49 points through two rounds in the NCAAs and has 17 or better in eight of his last ten. He logs heavy minutes as most Buckeyes starts do, so he should have a shot at a solid game.
