I think shaap is a good capper, but weird capper, he posts his picks like 5-8 minutes before games start, other picks he might post 10 hours ahead, i respect cappers who post their picks in advance, last time i followed his picks and lost, and the ones he posted 5-8 minutes before that i missed he won, so i ended up losing, good capper, just bad posting skills.

all i'm saying is that sometimes he posts his picks 5-8 minutes before the game starts, not sure why, but many miss it if you didn't figure that out yet?

I wait till the last 5-10 minutes to bet on games as well. That is when you see the real action start taking place. If the line drops just before gametime then you take that side. Most of the time it works and vice versa. It is a good way to make money, thats when some of the sharps wait to pound the lines after the public drove the line up. I do that as well. Everyone has a bad day, we are here to make money so he lost a pick move on to the next day and make some money.
