Context:

1. Portland State away losses have been to Washington (by 1) who was ranked at the start of the season, to Baylor (by 13), who is ranked and Cal Poly (by 3). Northern Arizona have beat two Division II teams, Utah Valley (Independent) and E. Washington (7-7) at home - these also happen to be their only wins too. Both records are clearly not representative of how these teams play away and home.

2. Portland State beat Gonzaga in an away game. Clearly, the can bring it when it matters. What better time to bring in than in a conference game...

3. Portland State does not rely on one player; they share the glory. Too often teams that have a star player live or die by him. Not the case for Portland State. There are 5 players on the team who range between 10-12 points, range between 2.3-7.0 rbg and 0.7 and 2.7 assists each.

I dont know, looks to good to be true. But everytime I play the better team on the road with a line of -6 or less, the fav never covers. Big Sky and Big west screw me everytme. Home team covers about 80% of the time when I play these types of games. Better team usually doesnt show up to play on the road for some reason.

I know im still mind-boggled.

As an added incentive, Northern Arizona lost 3 times to the Vikings last year. Twice in Portland where they were crushed by 16 in the Big Sky Championship (revenge?). Once at NA where they lost by 3. I believe both teams returned 3/5 starters from this championship. Norther Arizona's leading scorer Kyle Landry - 17ppg in 2007/2008 - left after that year. Northern Arizona's bench has quite a few freshmen compared to Portland State's two.

Hey bud. not to much just looking over some games to win some money for tommorrow. Not sure on Evansville and Portland St. yet. But Pstate looks like a strong pick. Evansville is terrible on the road, but Indy St. is not very good overrall.

Who cares what the line is doing. You are over thinking this. NAU is a conference game, the line is close because in the history of the Big Sky home teams do well because there normally isn't any stand out teams from year to year. There for home teams rule but you will see Portland State run through this conference this season because all the rest of the teams are bad.

I'm going with Portland St. I think historically these teams usually split.... winning their home game.... but I think N Ariz is down this year and Portland St is playing better.
