Very overrated angle imo, this is an experienced group and extremely well coached under Mike Brey. No chance the result of this game has anything to do w/ the Football game. The time of the game was moved up just for this reason.
Louisville smoked Providence is the same situation before winning the Sugar Bowl.
These coaches know each other very well, and Cincy is lights out on per miter Defense something like allowed 1-20 from deep in both big east matchups.
Look for this game to be a grind on the both ends of the court.

The funny thing is... Most good defensive teams like to run slow half court offenses, example Wisconsin. But Cincy is a fast break team that's their best way to score points cause their half court offense is non existent. So it is kind of weird having a good fast break team that is good defensively and will slow you down. It is almost like if they allowed other teams to run with them, they'd be a better team.Comment -

My Tuesday Analysis
Northeastern @ Drexel
Drexel is currently a 6.5 point favorite and I really don't understand why. The loss of Chris Fouch (16.7ppg) has really started to show on the court. The Dragons are struggling @ 5-9 fresh of a home loss against towson just a few nights ago. This team had high expectations and they have quickly fell apart.
Northeastern enters this matchup as a improving squad. They have won 3 of their last 4 including 2 on the road. 2-0 in Conference play so you can believe they will bring a strong effort to try and maintain that top spot in the Colonial.
I will glady take the road dog here as I feel they could leave west philly with a win. I will say watch this line and I'm not going to place this bet Unless I see a drop w/ the hope that it might go up.

Alabama @ Missouri
I'm not playing this game, but I will say I expect a big effort from Anthony Grant's squad tonight. They can really play defense and I don't expect a Blowout in this spot. The Point guard matchup will be very fun to watch and Pressey better take care of the ball and not overlook this talented Alabama backcourt.
I can't make a play on the dog here though, because I'm scared they might get crushed on the glass and give up too many second chance points.

No play here but I do expect a high scoring game. I want to see how this matchup plays out and use that info to profit later in big east play ( which is by the way the conference I follow the most)
App St @ Wofford
I going to take a shot w/ the O 130 in this spot. I just think this line is too low, and even though Wofford can slow it down, I think they play a solid game and put up some points on the awful App St defense.

Here's another game where I think the total is set a little too low. We all know Duke can score. Also when acc teams play duke they tend to bring their best game, and I could see a strong effort , while coming up short, I think they can score enough to push this over the number

These two squads should light up the scoreboard but the line is about right, imo. So Im going to stay away from an Over play here.
Pittsburgh @ Georgetown
This is my play of the day. Pittsburgh is a very solid team and they should have no problem grinding out this road win in conference play. They lost to a very solid Cincinnati squad and then had an early 11am game in Jersey that is a tough spot for any team. They are flat out the better squad in this matchup and I really like Jamie Dixon group to play a big game against a Hoya team who is very talented on the defensive end but just can't score the rock.
Ken Pom has pitt ranked 11th and GTown 43! That should tell you something right there.
Also that was Pitt first true road game so expect them ready to play tonight.
The biggest mismatch in this game is rebounding. Pitt is far and away better in this department and it will be the difference.
JJ Moore will be the x factor
Anyone writing this team off after starting Big East play 0-2 is nuts. They will be heard from.

Love your plays today, with 1 exception... The OVER in Duke/Clemson. If Duke can hit 10+ 3's again tonight, this cashes. However, if there is one thing I see it's Clemson playing some tough defense. I personally liked the UNDER... It is a no play for me as it feels like a toss up.
Mentioned that my PPOTD is Pitts in your other thread, and to be dead honest, it was almost Northeastern instead, so I love this play as well and will be playing it.
