Sticking with Dirk. He's got 25 & 31 so far in the series and shifting home in a series that turned chippy in Game 2, I believe we'll see some more FTs which is always a plus with Dirk. They need every point they get out of Dirk and I'm looking for another 30 point night.Comment -

76ers PG Jrue Holiday Total Points Over 15.5 [-135]
I can only fathom that bookies don't believe Holiday will shoot as well as he did in Game 2 as to why this number isn't higher. While I certainly would not expect another 11/15 performance, it is clear that Holiday is taking the lead for the Sixers this series with 33 total FGAs in two games. He has scored 16 and 26. He has now scored at least 16 in all five games against the Bulls this season. Until Chicago stops him, I'm on this prop.Comment -

Magic C Glen Davis Total Points + Rebounds Over 26.5 [-120]
No reason not to ride the one consistent piece of the Magic right now and that is Big Baby. He did not beat this number in Game 3 which was shocking given that he scored 22. He only grabbed three rebounds, a stark contrast to Games 1 & 2 where he had double digit rebounding games in both. He's averaging almost 19 points and 9 boards per game in this series. Orlando as a whole were terrible rebounding in Game 3, so expecting a better effort there at least should restore better numbers for Davis in that category and if he can get his 16-20 pts, this should have a shot ... especially if the Magic can do a better job of keeping the game tighter. Either way, if Davis is playing 35+ minutes, I'd rate this a shot to cash.Comment -
[Game 3] Memphis G O.J. Mayo Total Points Over 14.5 [-105]
Mayo has eclipsed this mark in both games so far and all signs point to him continuing to get solid minutes off the bench. Mayo worked as the 2nd team PG in Game 2 a lot more when Conley went out. That should enable him to continue to get his shot whenever he wants. He has taken 28 shots over the course of the first two games and gotten to the FT line eleven times. Have to like Mayo getting 4th quarter minutes where he scored ten of his 20 points in Game 2. He had 24 minutes in Game 2 after 28 in Game 1. If he can continue to get somewhere in the high 20s or better, should have a chance.Comment -

[Game 4] Dallas F Shawn Marion Total Points + Rebounds Over 18 [-120]
Marion is the one Dallas guy who almost always brings his A effort. He had eclipsed this number in Games 1 & 2, but had a terrible shooting night that limited him to 6 pts. and 10 boards in Game 3. He has at least eight rebounds in each game of the series and scored in double digits in Games 1 & 2. On the season, he has topped this number in five of seven against OKC.Comment -

[Game 3] Jazz C Al Jefferson Total Rebounds Over 9.5 [-110]
Even in getting their butts handed to them, the Jazz rebounded well in Game 2. I expect that to continue and a better effort at home from Jefferson. He had just four rebounds in Game 2 after tallying nine in Game 1. He had picked up double digit rebounds in all the regular season meetings, so he is capable.Comment -

2-2. The Marion prop was real disappointing. He had a great 1st quarter and then disappeared, kinda like the Mavericks. Jefferson gets his double digits rebounding. Will be looking at the Sixers-Bulls props tomorrow. Holiday again if the # is right. Also Boozer perhaps since someone has to score for Chicago. Lawson probably who I'll look at for the Nuggets-Lakers. He's got it working now. Probably pass on Heat-Knicks. Not sure about Hawks-Celtics.Comment -

[Game 4] Bulls G Richard Hamilton Total Points Over 15.5 [-115]
Down Rose & Noah now, the Bulls need offense. Hamilton gave them a lift in Game 3 and earned over 40 minutes of PT. He did not shoot well, but made it to the FT line 12 times. He has now scored 17, 10 & 19 in this series. Rip had trouble staying healthy in the regular season, but with bodies becoming a premium - he needs to play even if Thibodeau's rotation is somewhat wonky at times for Chicago. I'm going to ride the vet getting more minutes today and continuing to produce.Comment -

He may have to be a volume shooter against like Game 3 where he took 28 shots and made just 11, but finished with 29 points. He had 22 in Game 2 after a subpar Game 1 with just 12. With Josh Smith still gimpy, but expected to play, Johnson probably has little choice but to try and dominate again on offense. He has now scored 20+ in four of six meetings with Boston this season.Comment -

I started late this year, been playing props there for less than 2 months and they have graded about 300 props for me but they haven't messed mine up when grading, what kind of stuff have they messed up on? Just straight up grading a winning wager as a loss?Comment -
Yes. I had a NHL prop on the total # of shots on goal. Went well over the number and they graded it a loss. Had a live bet on a soccer total last that they only paid out partial before I told them they owed me a little more. They've always responded and corrected it promptly, just don't expect a book to make that many mistakes in a short span. These have all happened in the last month probably.
Looks like a shit day in the NBA. 0-4 looks like the mark here today. Just one of those days where I didn't play anything well in the NBA.Comment -

Thanks EP, the number is 13.5 at 5Dimes and its being juiced (-125). I was hoping they would set the number closer to his season average but it's not even close. Well I also have been reading that the Jazz are going with their big lineup tonight with Favors starting. That means Hayward slides to shooting guard, so Parker may wind up on Harris a lot tonight because there's no way he'll go against Hayward who would have six inches on him. Pick your poison really. Only problem I have with Harris is he's inconsistent as shown with Games 1 & 2 vs. Game 3 and not guaranteed starter minutes. If he is aggressive like Game 3 early and gets his 30+ minutes, you'd think he could surpass that number. This series is pretty hard to get good stuff on individual player props due to the potential blowout factor in every game.Comment
