This is one of the shitty things about backing Ibaka. Minutes are f-ing weird. Scott Brooks rotations are weird. I understand if the guy is getting schooled or in foul trouble, but he was pretty damn productive in the 1st Q and he sits almost the rest of the half. Only thing good about the guy is he gets stats quick when he does play. Still, given the score right now - this looks like a loss.Comment -
Fukkin Nazi Mohammed played more minutes. Guess we should just concentrate on the trio for anything OKC related. Westbrook, Durant or Harden. Minutes for everyone else seem to fluctuate all over the place. Not sure Ibaka would have played more if the game was close with the way the rotation was going, although I would think he would have. [Game 2] Heat G Dwyane Wade Total Points Over 25.5 [-130]
Wade really amped his game up after the Bosh injury as he finished with 29 points in Game 1, including a stellar 13/14 from the FT line. He took 23 FGAs in 40+ minutes and without Bosh again, you'd expect Lebron & D-Wade to be the aggressors on offense again. That marked Wade's best output of the playoffs and despite all the talk that he's cool playing Robin to Lebron's Batman, I think he'll relish being needed a bit more now.Comment -

Finally, the series I've been waiting for in regards to the three point prop.
[Game 1] Spurs-Clippers Total Three Point Shots Made Over 15.5 [-110]
The regular season meetings all beat this number with a variety of different cast members. The last meeting in late March yielding 26 makes in an astonishing 56 attempts. We may not see that large a number of attempts again, but I think it's certain that this series will see more threes than both saw in the last round. If the pace becomes a little more free flowing which should suit both teams, I think the shooters in this series will be on display. Good depth on both sides between starters and benches for providing help here. It will be important for the Spurs to start quick with this prop due to their layoff, but at home they have averaged almost nine threes per game. I'll be riding this one all series.Comment -

Even with Boston shooting a meager 42% through two games in this series, Rondo has still amassed 30 assists with 17 & 13 respectively. He has now dished out at least 13 in four straight against Philly and has a dozen or better in five of Boston's last six playoff games.
[Game 2] Lakers C Andrew Bynum Total Rebounds Over 12.5 [-125]
I like that Bynum seemed engaged in the game even with the blowout nature as he picked up 20 pts and 14 rebounds in just 30 minutes. He now has 14 or more rebounds in three straight in the playoffs. If the Lakers can keep Game 2 more competitive and Bynum stays on the floor, he should continue to be a rebounding presence with Perkins gimpy and guys like Ibaka, Collison and Mohammed that he can dominate on the glass.

Rondo pts. props for me are way too hard to predict. It can be an easy casher if he's looking to score or a maddening miss if he's just kind of in a normal groove. I don't think there is a good edge to it because from game-to-game, you don't know whether he might look to score more or not.
I still think the KG prop is pretty solid even though he had a pretty subpar Game 2. The only thing as I laid out earlier in the series that bothers me is the lack of FTs for him. That means he's shooting a lot of jumpers and if his legs get tired, his pt. production may suffer.
Still like Turner as a difference maker in this series. At home, you'd hope perhaps he has better energy early and gets off to a fast start. I think that's a key. Game 2, he was sloppy and got in Collins' doghouse, but the 4th Q showed again how deadly he can be when he's aggressive.
Kobe can break loose of course any time, but over the last two years they have defended him about as well as anyone. I'd take Durant - albeit, you have to hope the game is close so he logs more minutes.Comment -
