100% fact. I think the final number was zero overs won due to OT and 19 unders lost to OT last season. It was brutal buddy. That's why I said earlier in the thread going into this season that variance had to correct itself and I should win some overs because of OT this season.

I have to admit, I am very worried about carrying that extra point at -3. My plan was take the at -2 or better, but I was in a meeting at work and missed the move to -3. I generally don't pay more than -120 so I wasn't going to buy a full point.

I think the fatigue will set in the 4th quarter and help Dallas pull away. Dirk looks ok from what I can tell. Classic set up for him to have a big game.

I've become so much more comfortable playing MLs with confidence in the NBA, on games with spreads of -3 or less. Anything up to -160 or so often seems worth it to me. It's obviously not always necessary and sometimes I'm leaving money on the table, but it really clarifies for me when I have the confidence in a team winning SU in a close matchup. I think it's easier to talk yourself into the "value" of a play when you're laying (-110).

Just wanted to add my 2c to the discussion on live betting earlier in the thread as İ've been trying my hand at it lately. Hedged out of the Mavs -2.5 play in the 3rd quarter by taking Clips ml @+110. When Jet hit that 3 İ thought it was over, no way Dallas was gonna lose at the buzzer 2 nights in a row... Got lucky this time.

İt can bury you in the long run, it takes a lot of discipline & knowing when to pick your spots, eg. like Cavs +19.5 at half time vs Lakers last week.

Here in OZ the online books & betting shops heavily promote live action as it's obviously driving their profits & growth.

Had the Mav's -2 1/2 and when I saw LTA on them added to the play, Billups ....to top it off, thought I bet the Nets (had it noted on my play sheet) and wake up to find the bet didn't go through . Good lord. I'm gonna attach myself at the waist to LTA for a while and not stray from his NBA plays.

Memphis seemed like they made everything, not sure what their fg% was but it seemed like 60-65. New orleans is in trouble even with gordon. Jack played great but he has no help. Maybe 3-4 thousand people there. I would be surprised if they are in the city much more than a year or two. Sad, so sad.
