Yea, but their has got to be a look at the Splitter strategy by the rules committee after the season is over. You cannot have NBA players tackling targeted players once they touch the ball.

It's amazing to think how powerful a simple email can be. I know Alister and myself fired one off to the govt body, and I'm sure others did too. I can't imagine sportsbet did this of their own accord.

In prior dealings with Sportsbet they have always been very good so I was surprised they did not honour the bets. I still think they had a big exposure on the game which is why they decided to cancel the bets to begin with.

I think because they are a very "square" book that attracts a lot of the not so serious punters, public image and perception is very important to them.

Remember, we are talking about a book that has paid out on futures bets months in advance, only to see the bet actually lose.

I'd take the 4 points if you're thinking Spurs. I personally think the Thunder squeak out a close win at home. Spurs are dominant but think the Thunder are onto something when they ran that small lineup which gave the Spurs problems. Also don't forget the Thunder were up like 10 in Game 1 before the completely lost it in the 4t Quarter.

Thunder has to win this game if it's to have a shot at this series. They know that. Think they give it all at home and get this one...

Just my personal opinion though...

Bottom line is that I think giving the Spurs 5 points, even at -120, is just too much value to pass up right now on such a complete team. Yes, I know paying -120 long term is not profitable and yes I know the books seem to be begging for spurs money and yes i know that sharp money appears to like OKC in this spot. However, while I do expect the thunder to win, I just don't see them covering the 5 points. At most, the spurs should be +3 and probably closer to +2 so I'm going to take the 5 points with full knowledge of traps and the implied meaning of this game's line movement. To me, OKC is just too sloppy with their turnovers and not deep enough to blow this spurs team out. I am rolling with the Spurs for 1x. Good luck.

Hey hey. GL on the play tonight LTA . I am gonna gamble that OKC comes out strong and try and get in at a better number for the Spurs in game. I agree that regardless the desperation/home court OKC holds, the Spurs are not ones to blink. Odds are they stay in this one and make it a fight.
