#4657Showing that I am green in a lot of this betting - here is my question. I use Sportsbook.c0m as my book. Why
can I not bet on the Denver game. I cannot find on the NBA lines any place to bet on this as a game. I can
bet the Props; margin of victory; first player to score; and total points. Is this just my book or is this common
for some reason?Comment -

#4666Gtown: it is a 3 game chase ; buying 3 pts. on each game. Usually betting underdogs ; the team choosen for the bet is based on a team getting swept on a previous road trip I believe ; basically betting they won't get swept again on their next trip.
Something similar to that at least ; I do not play it!
There are many filters and versions so take my words a general summary and not factual other than the 3 game chase (a, b, c) and the buying 3 pts ; that I am certain of.
He does all sports and some people swear buy him, I think he is a great marketer, innovative bettor with a good system overall but don't believe in chase systems. C bets mean huge money risked for small reward.
Chase110 is a different system that I believe does not involve point buying in each game but is also a chase system and may be for more than 3 games.Comment -

Slimpickins has basically summed it up. It's effectively using the Martingale system (that is used mostly in roulette) in sports betting. You use it when certain patterns and criteria are met for a cycle of betting.
First bet is X, if it's lost you double X on the next game, and if that's lost you bet 4X on the last one. This way you recover your loss and get the original win.
I hoped that helped somewhat.

#4670OK, I am just going to throw this file up. It's an excel based on the JM versions of betting. I don't make any claims or have no responsibility as to how you use this information. Just figured I'd post this for everyone. It does not take into account things like, best/worst road record, injuries, trades, etc. Green is Eastern Conference and pink/red is Western Conference. And the legend for the cell highlighting is at the bottom. Edit, change, modify to your liking. In .xlsx format due to conditional formatting I used.
Hope this helps someone out.

#467612 bets today ladies and gents! lets make some bank.
*note not all my spreads may be correct due to line movements. I based them off betus.com
TPS bought 3pts
JM bought 3 3pts
chase 110 dont buy points
notice 2 C bets and 1 B bet todayShould be good for all of us.
very happy with the picks today.
I think DEnver is unofficial 'C bet' cause mellow might not play due to bruised shoulder. So if C bet loses that will be JM excuse. However none of us on this forum really follow that.

Going to withdrawal my winnings from the 1st half and deposit them into a new book during the break since I don't bet on anything else but the systems which don't pick up again till next Tuesday. Probably going to go with BetOnline (50% free play) on deposits over $2,000Comment -

Remember that B & C bets don't happen back to back. I will let you know
when a B or C bet comes.
Remember to buy 3 points. I recommend betting to win 2% of your bankroll on
every series. You want to make sure you have plenty of money to cover the
spread plus having some left over. This needs to be thought of as a longterm
investment. So if Toronto doesn't cover make sure to bet the correct amount
on the B bet.
Make sure to buy 3 points at the highest spread on scoresandodds.com.
For example, let say you want to win 10$ on the first series. Then on the
A bet you need to risk 17$ to win 10$. If you lose then on the B bet you need to
risk 45.90$ to win 27$. If you lose then on the C bet you need to be
risking 123.93 to win 72.90.
If you have any question feel free to give me a call at 702-308-2834.
Good Luck,
James Jones

#4681If Denver covers it will count as a win, if Denver loses he will release an email tomorrow stating that because of a.) injury of star player (old filter), b.) trade rumors of star player (new filter) or c.) sky is blue (my new filter) the lose does not count for the system record and should be discarded.Comment -
