Been with this local for years. No his operation inside out. We cant trust anyone paver but i know these people real well. I also know 90% of his clients. These arent little tsop bookies. These are big folks. Either way it doesnt really matter does it?

My local tells me what kinda action he has on games...say he'd have everyone on the Cavs tonight, he'd tell me to take Boston for 5 grand to even out some of his money. He's a good guy, we've been out drinking together before. I guess it just depends on what type of relationship you have with your local.

It's nice to have a good relationship with the local. Will he tell you who is his worst bettor so you can fade his plays? But if he did that wouldn't it cut into his profits? I just don't understand what advantage does the local have on telling you what the action is especially if you are one of his customers who typically wins.

What disadvantage does it cause for him?

I've never asked, but I doubt he would tell me the exact bets that his worst bettor places every night. I know who his worst bettor is, but don't know what his plays are.

my local offers me the opportunity to bank him when needed, and gives me info on guys plays as well. Its nice to have a good relationship with the guy you book through

Lets say the worst bettors have Cavs +1 for $2000 action and he tells you that and you bet $3000 on Celtics -1 wouldn't he have to pay you an extra $1000 instead of not telling you and he pockets $2000?

I played Celtics -1 myself, but 100x here...? Is this play really the strongest of the entire year? Come on now. Respect where respect is due, but I doubt you'd be laying 100 units here if you were +30u in the playoffs as opposed to -22u. LeBron may have laid down in game 5, but the Cavs are one LeBron explosion and a tough shooting night from Ray Allen from forcing a game 7. And if that happens, you say you'll lay 200x on Cleveland then!?
