I kinda like these under the beaten path picks generally. Games like Nuggets vs. Lakers are so hyped & the line seems very sharp.

Yup. Don't think it's a case of the lines being sharp... more like what Yoda said, too much emotion makes things unpredictable (paraphrasing the broken English of a fictional hobbit here, but you get the point). Less emotion involved when the TV cameras aren't rolling.
