For the past two years, I've only played final game spreads and over/under, so I have a newbie question.

What does it mean when it says: xcCavaliersScore1st3Q 0 (+120)? From the looks of it, I assume it means that Cleveland would have a higher score than the Magic after 3 quarters of play. I'm mainly confused because wouldn't Cleveland be the favorite to lead by the end of 3 quarters, seeing as they're up 11 right now? So why the +120?
