Rolling with the strongest value totals for today

Cavs and Magic have both been scoring over 90ppg in their last few games against teams with a much slow pace. Cavs have the worst defense in the NBA and will need to shoot their way out of trouble. Have this total at 189 and rolling 1x OVER 182.5. GL

Nuggets vs Warriors UNDER 201.5 1x 1.95
Getting a great number here. Both teams have been patchy and are not in the top 5 offensive sides based on ppg. They have been trending up over the last few weeks but have this total to finish more around 194. Based on "what if" max pace the model still have this at a low 199 - doesn't happen often where totals are higher then the 'max what if' value.
Rolling 1x UNDER 201.5 at 1.95. GL

Other totals seem to be spot on.. so these plays are probably it.. unless there is an angle on game day and/or totals move in the right direction. Good luck.

Heat vs Cavs OVER 196.5 1x 1.95
This looks the goods to hit the OVER - both sides give away lots of points (over 100ppg avg for Heat & Cavs). Loose defense and a shoot out should push this to over 200 according to the model. Heat after some rest will be keen to put in a big game after being forced to OT 2 days ago. Rolling 1x OVER at 1.95. GL

Timberwolves vs Warriors UNDER 197 1x 1.95
Both these sides under performing when it comes to avg ppg this year. Seem to have trouble wracking up big scores and like to keep things tight. That continues tonight and we get a solid UNDER for this match up - avg ppg only 95 and 92 for these sides and Timberwolves pace is dead slow. Would make this a 2x play if Wolves were at home but have a feeling pace may pick up if the Warriors get on a roll. Still like the UNDER and rolling 1x 1.95. GL

That's it for today. Was eyeing off Lakers UNDER but D'Antoni speeding up the offense makes it risky as the Mavs will push the OVER as well. Also liked UTH / SAC UNDER but last night the pace picked up and there is nothing stopping it happening again. Although it's as close to a play as I'd ever get. Leaning UNDER big time on that game but not enough to pull the trigger.

Knicks vs Pistons OVER 191 1x 1.95
Pistons avg ppg score has been lazy but most of it is dragged down by games against slow paced sides. Against fast paced sides the Pistons have kept up to an extent. Also get the feeling the Knicks want to make up for some crappy games and put on a big score. At home at The Garden this should be a fast paced game controlled by the Knicks. Model has it at 195 and rolling 1x OVER. GL

Spurs defense has been solid and against teams with solid D the Raptors have struggled. Expect the total to get off to a fast pace and Spurs to slow things down in the 4th quarter and pull it right back. It's a close one - have the total at 194 but rolling to UNDER at 1.90. GL

Yeah.. took OT x2 to finally hit the OVER and then Raptors started bricking shots.. argh!
Bad enough losing but frustrating when you're at the game and see it happen as well. Anyway.. just bad luck for that play and UNDER was the right call

Evens today.. Knicks OVER always looked like hitting and the Raptors UNDER was solid until OT hit and hit again.
Refining only the best looking totals plays has been a winning tactic and will continue to post only totals with strong leans.
No team or ML plays - leaving that to other cappers like Sando & Therealdealau to dominate.
