Jets have given up four goals in three of their last four.

          11.30.11: BRUINS-MAPLE LEAFS OVER 5.5 [-105]
Thomas v. Gustavsson. Boston has crushed Toronto in both meetings this season, scoring 13 goals in the two games combined. Gustavsson has been better of late, but has yielded nine goals to the Bs this season in two appearances. He also has seen OVERs hit in eight of his last nine starts. Thomas has been steady with three shutouts in his last nine starts. He shut out Toronto in the eoad meeting [7-0] and gave up two in the home win [6-2]. Four of his last five road starts have gone OVERs thanks in part to great offense. The Bs have scored at least four goals in seven of his last eight starts. Although Boston's PK units are solid, Toronto's PP units have been hot with at least one score in eight of nine. Boston's PP has been hit and miss, but could find some holes again tonight with Toronto having given up a PP goal in three of their last four. The Leafs also have given up three PP goals to Boston in the two meetings this season.

using a labby you would be 4 to 5x times up (that would be around +8u).
since u don't play more than one play per night or do u run more than 3 to 4 games cold, you could easily use a labby system for your picks!

good work EP on the Overs

                  12.1.11: SENATORS-STARS OVER 5.5 [-109]
Anderson v. Raycroft. Anderson remains an OVERs beacon with six of his last seven starts hitting in that direction. Nine of eleven road starts for Anderson have resulted in OVERs. He has allowed eleven goals in his last three starts. Raycroft is now the man with Lehtonen out. He has been both good and bad. He's allowed more than three goals in four of six starts though. Nine of 13 road games have hit OVERs for Ottawa. Stars should be good to take advantage here, having scored at least three goals in four of five. Anemic Stars PP units could get a boost against Ottawa which has allowed a PP goal in five straight.

                          12.3.11: SENATORS-CAPITALS OVER 5.5 [-105]
Anderson v. Neuvirth. Anderson has allowed at least three goals in four straight and remains a pretty solid OVERs start on the road. Even though his last start finished just short, he has seen OVERs in five of his last seven road starts. Neuvirth was rolled in his last start for six goals and has allowed 13 goals in his last three appearances. In his seven starts, he has allowed at least four goals in four of those starts. The Caps have been MIA on offense recently, but this could be their chance to get it going again as Ottawa allows 3.6 road goals per game. Not expecting much from the PP units as both have been okay, but not great lately - anything they give is a bonus.

                                12.5.11: MAPLE LEAFS-RANGERS OVER 5.5 [+100]
Gustavsson v. Lungqvist. Gustavsson has been an OVERs magician. 13 of his 14 starts ending in OVERs, thanks in part to good offensive backing for Toronto. The Leafs have 26 goals in his last five starts. Lundqvist has seen five of his seven starts at MSG go OVERs. The Leafs got him for four goals in an October home start and he's given up at least two goals in five of his last six starts. Rangers have hit OVERs in six of nine at home. Look for the Rangers PP units to do some damage tonight. Toronto's PK units have been much more loose on the road, killing only 77% and allowing a PP goal in four of their last six overall. NYR on a good goal scoring run too with at least four scored in four of the last five. Toronto has been shelled for ten goals in their last two, both vs. Boston.

                                    12.6.11: AVALANCHE-CANUCKS OVER 5.5 [-120]
Varmalov v. Luongo. Varmalov continues his steady play, but he's usually good for at least two goals. On the season, he's given up at least two in 18 of 20 starts. His last five road starts have gone OVERs. Luongo has seen OVERs in five of his seven starts at the Garage. Canucks are on a good roll with three goals or more in six straight. Colorado has 19 goals scored in their last five. Vancouver PP cranking the last two games with four PP goals. Colorado is good on the kill, but not as much on the road - look for the 'Nucks to add to the total if they can get on the job enough.

Like Ward v. Dubnyk. Ward back in net because Boucher remains unavailable, otherwise you'd think he'd get a rest after being beat up for eleven goals in his last two starts. Canes have gone seven straight where they have given up at least three goals, seven last night @ Calgary. Dubnyk has given up at least two goals in seven of his last eight starts. His last five starts have been OVERs. PP units could loom large tonight with both PK units struggling lately. Waiting for official word on Ward starting, but even if it's Murphy instead .. probably still a play tonight.

Reimer v. Vokoun. Reimer has given up at least three goals in five of his last seven starts. Vokoun has given up at least two goals in eight straight starts for the Caps. Washington seems to be finding it's offensive footing with 12 goals in it's last three games. Toronto has scored at least two goals in eight of their last nine with explosions of seven twice, one against this Caps team and against Vokoun who got pulled after giving up four goals. In spite of the woes scoring before Boudreau got canned, Washington has still hit OVERs in eight of 14 home games with Vokoun starting in five of those. PP units could have a say here with Toronto's being very consistent and Washington's in need of taking advantage of the Leafs shaky PK units.

                                                      12.10.11: CANUCKS-SENATORS OVER 5.5 [-110]
Likely Luongo v. Anderson. Luongo continues with mostly steady play, but he's still an OVERs beacon because of offensive support. Five of his last six starts overall have hit OVERs. Six of his nine road starts have hit OVERs. The Canucks are in a great scoring groove with four or more goals in six of their last seven. Anderson has been a good OVERs bet this season. Six of his last seven, he's allowed at least three goals - five of those hit OVERs. Sens have scored at least three in seven of their last ten overall. Canucks high octane PP has been great lately, but will be up against a tough Senators' PK group.

Can't see anything great to play for tonight's game. The over might be worth it at plus odds given how poor Tampa's D and goaltending have been, but I don't think it's a huge edge. Be waiting for tomorrow.

Anderson v. Miller. Anderson has given up three goals or more in seven of his last ten starts. Miller comes in off a solid performance, but had given up at least two goals in eight straight starts prior to that. At home, he has given up at least three goals in six of eight starts. Senators remain one of the most giving teams on the road, allowing 3.5 goals per game. Both PPs could do some work tonight even though they've been pretty iffy lately, but here both PK units are letting in goals lately. OVERs is a big banker in this series in Buffalo. Four straight dating back through last season hit OVERs between the two in Buffalo and 15 of the last 20.

Neuvirth v. Pavelec. Neuvirth has been a beacon for OVERs. Six of his nine starts have hit OVERs. He has allowed at least three goals in six of those starts. Pavelec has been solid lately, allowing two goals or less in four of his last five. Still, he seems ripe for giving up goals in most starts - like the four he allowed to Washington in the first meeting this season. Washington is one of the worst road defenses in the league, allowing 3.6 goals per road game. They have given up 13 goals in their last three on the road. Scoring has picked up for them since the coaching change with three goals or better in four of their last five. Winnipeg has been pretty solid defensively, so the Caps will need to step it up. The PP would be a good place to start.

They Jekyll & Hyde it - six to Ottawa, seven to Detroit during their last ten and then six games where they only gave up two or less. Hopefully they give up six again.
