Peyton Manning Reportedly to Return to Broncos Next Season

I am not surprised, didn't think he'd want to go out with an injury.

The Denver Post's Woody Paige reports Peyton Manning plans to return to the Broncos in 2015.

Paige isn't a Broncos beat writer, but has a long history in the Denver area and cites "three trustworthy sources." As long as Manning passes his annual spring physical and informs the team prior to March 9, he should be back for another run at the Super Bowl in 2015 under new coach Gary Kubiak. Kubiak and GM John Elway have both publicly voiced their support for Manning's return.

CJ Anderson is going to rush for 1500 yards next year with Gubiak zone blocking. The rest of the AFC west is like damn, we gotta wait another year.

And start Ozweiler, his time is coming. Broncos should ride Manning until the wheels fall off. It's better to get in the playoffs then not. Just ask the Raiders, Bills, Jags, Browns, who's been waiting 10 years just to get in.

Could be a tough year for the Broncos but wouldn't put it past a great player like Manning to train hard and come back to prove some people wrong. I've got big time respect for that dude - he's also roughly 2000 yds behind Favre for 1st all-time. If it were me, I'd be playing in a wheelchair until I broke that record.

He'll show that fire and intensity in preseason game like against Houston in August when the D back made a clean hit on Welker, pad his numbers against lousy teams in Sept & Oct, everyone saying he's the best ever. Then come Nov & Dec start to fade, and if they make the playoffs show that quit in him.
