Da_Prospecta's Week 1 Plays

This is my second year going at this so here's to a good year.

I haven't placed any of these yet but will either this weekend or early next week.

Week 1 leans
Arkansas State +20.5 vs. Illinois (Still think this line will grow more)
USF + 10.5 vs Notre Dame (Same thing with this line)
Colorado State -5.5 vs New Mexico (anything under 7 I'll play)
Syracuse only if the line goes back to 7 or less.

Will post write-ups when the plays become finalized.
I'm open to discussion. If you have some insider info that could save me money, by all means share it.

FFIW I like New Mexico in this game. Both teams are similar in a bad way. Bad offeneses but even worse defenses. New Mexico returns 9 on defense so I expect their 44 ppg on D to go down a little. I think the line should be more of a pickem with it being played in New Mexico. I'll be taking the points...good luck!

New Mexico is still a year or two away from being serviceable. I like Pete Thomas. He showed moxie as a freshman and he's a year better. Going to be a big jump. New Mexico's QB will throw two more picks IMO. GL on all your other plays.

Locked in Syracuse at -6 at 5 dimes today. Somebody pushed that line down and I'll take. Going to wait a tad bit longer for the others
