I do not understand that at all. How can you back Boston College, a team with no offense and who is 0-6 S/U & ATS as a home dog since 2014? I can understand taking B.C and the 13 1/2 points because Notre Dame proved that they have no offense last week, but a ML wager? It is very probably that B.C. does not score more than 14 points. Do you really think that is enough to defeat the Irish?

After watching them last week against Georgia, I think Notre Dame is actually a little under rated. They could have easily beaten a team who is in the top 15 right now. Wouldn't put too much stock into ND losing last week. UGA brought about 30k to ND's stadium making it damn near a neutral site and Georgia's defense is looooaded. I think they run all over BC. Leaning towards ND here.

ND got gashed at times by a UGA team with ZERO threat throwing the football and got absolutely shut down offensively. They averaged over a full yard less per play than UGA did. The game was close but probably should have been a game UGA won by 7-10 or so. The penalty yards really killed Georgia. That WF game at home for BC wasn't that bad of a game. They just happened to turn the ball over 4 times to Wake's 0 and had 1 ran back for a TD. I think BC is the undervalued team here after 2 poor performances so far. I'm very confident in my power rating number for ND and BC would have to be as bad as the 2012 team they put on the field for this line to be correct and I don't think that is the case. I played BC +14.5 at the opener and am pondering putting down more on a +14

          Notre Dame is the play.

Mike Elko, Notre Dame's new DC was at Wake Forest before coming to ND this year.

Historically, look at how he has done against BC. Last year, Elko held them to 169 yards of total offense. The year before, he shut them out in that brutal 3-0 game. In 2014, he held them to 202 yards of total offense.

Notre Dame will roll BC by 24+.

I agree NDs DC has a big advantage this year, he has more talent. He is licking his Chops! ND will not be moving the ball with much success. I am currently ONLY betting Overs at this point, but if you think about it, this screams UNDER. GL

Why only the Over? Why throw away what is basically the closest thing to free money that you are going to get on a Total? Do you really think that this game is going to go Over the posted 51? I may be wrong, but I just can't see that. Neither team has much of an offense. The Irish are 0-3 ATS in their last 3 efforts against the East Catholics and 1-4 ATS in the first of back to back road games. The East Catholics have Clemson next week. I see the Irish winning a low scoring affair.
