The Way To Use Power Ratings

The problem I have with power ratings is that they are constantly changing and rarely correct, if you take everything into consideration. I followed ESPN last season and their power ratings were terrible. Almost as funny as CBS's weekly Bowl Prediction.

Because he is a FRAUD that can't prove he made that bet I challenged him on.

He can put a penny over all the details he doesn't want shown but he has no where near the intelligence to know that.
