Of course it's none of my business. I'm just saying many people favoured Weidman to win, so I was surprised he put his money on Silva, regardless of his brutal injury.

Seriously, next time, say so instead of just writing 'subliminal'. How should I know, there is a poker player here called nunyabusiness? Sorry for the rude answer btw. Vaughany should have mentioned this, I had no idea what the hell nunya even means.

Not former. I still travel the circuit to the major events, its just not the majority of my income anymore.

Hindsight, one would assume around 60% of punters had their money on Silva.

Also, Farber is not a pro gambler or even poker player. He got extremely lucky and played terribly.

He doesn't own a nightclub (well, maybe he does now), he sets up bottle service and whatnot.

That goes without saying. He bet on Anderson Silva.

Really? I thought it was at least 50/50. As for Farber-he won't be probably seen around in major tournies and cash games this year.

the casual MMA bettor prob. figured Silva's 1st loss was simply a fluke due to him "clowning around", failing to realize the level of skills Weidman displayed vs Silva in the 1st fight...hopefully we get a 3rd fight and they chalk up the rematch to a complete fluke as well and we get weidman at dog odds one more time...

                                          Won't happen, it'll be around -170 Weidman.

The point is moot. I'd be very surprised if Silva came back to fight Weidman or anyone else for that matter. Titanium leg notwithstanding, he's just too old to consider coming back after an injury like that. By the time it heals, if he's even cleared to fight at all, he'll have already lost the fight to Father Time.
