Best Bitcoin debit card for ATM withdrawals?

I’d like to get a bitcoin debit card to get my $$$ from an ATM vs. transferring to Coinbase for withdrawal, etc.

What’s the best card to consider? And one preferably that doesn’t require providing a social security number?

If they are issued by a US bank, then they all ask for a SSN as far as I know.

But both are issued by the same bank and both will ask for an SSN.
