    5dimes BTC payout Email

    Recently cashed out a little over 2,000$ from 5 dimes via Bitcoin... Two days has passed I received a phone call verification did all that and now it says they sent an email for me to confirm. I have not receieved this email yet however and I have checked my spam/junk folder. I use my Apple email and they claim it could be my email. I have never had a problem with receiving emails from them. Delay tactixs or what?

    Been there, it's amazing how the email works fine for everything else, I've had to change mine twice in the last year to get a payout processed.

    Okay so its not just me... I assumed they are trying to get me to keep playing which is fine ive doubled my account since I requested a payout. I guess they said gmail works better so if i go that route i have to cancel the payout submit all the info to their email blah blah its real funny how fast they can take but its always an issue paying out an honest customer who has played with them since 09.

    I've been with 5D for many years... only had one email issue with them. It sucks when things don't go smoothly.

    Happened about 2 years ago.

    I just dont know what to do at this point. It has been over 48 hours now and I have never had a problem receiving emails from them. That added security thing they have now is turned ON for my email address. I have already chatted with LC and called them and they said they have sent the email twice now. Hopefully tomorrow I will get the email but I am not holding my breath.

    I just went through the whole voice verification + email verification thing about a week ago. It's frustrating, but they'll eventually pay. The whole process took about 60 hours.

    Giant... is the voice verification done by a human? Or like a computer-voice?

    MoneyShot... I was at work today when I saw a call from Unknown... realized I missed 5dimes I called the 1-800 and talked to an actual person to verify the payout...Thanks Giant hoping to see that email sometime tomorrow.

    I've only had to do it once, and it was by a human. We talked for like two minutes, he just had to verify it was my account.

    I knew exactly when he was calling because we had emailed five minutes prior.

    After 10 years with 5Dimes I had to drop them because of this same issue. Just started to happen about 2.5 years ago. Never their fault and it's always we sent the email please check your junk and spam. I changed my email 3 times for this crap. Funny thing is I never have any problems getting emails from others, just 5Dimes.

    They were the best but playing games with the payouts did it for me. CS SUCKS.

    Get a new email, gmail, and request the payout again. That's what I had to do.

    Dude they're trying to protect your account. If it was someone who hacked your account you would be happy they are asking for those extra steps.

    I don't understand why you are asking these questions here. They have live chat. You are like that person at work who emails me "hey I've got a problem here is the error - ERROR CODE XYZ". I open google type in ERROR CODE XYZ, and then reply to the e-mail with the first result.

    I have no problem with extra security I just think its strange I can deposit via bitcoin in 10 minutes and a pay out has taken over 3 days and I have never had an issue receiving emails from them to my apple account.

    No, they aren't. Just go in there and act like you're meeting your father-in-law for the first time. Be smart, be kind, be a bit of an ass kisser. Understand that they're in charge, and you just want to work with them to make this happen.

    Make sure your phone number and email are correctly on their file.

    If you go into the "payout" section here at SBR, you'll notice that most of their bitcoin payouts take around 60 hours.

    Only if you deposited by credit card are they going to want that info. If you only deposited via Bitcoin, they're going to ask for the Bitcoin address you gave when making the withdrawal, your account ID and password.

    My age has nothing to do with it. I explained to them multiple times I never received their email to confirm the payout. Do you work for 5dimes or something you seem to be defending them greatly.

    I have since almost tripled my account since I have been waiting... I think I am going to cancel this payout and change my email from apple to gmail and see if that fixes the problem.

    Just received the phone verification from 5dimes and was sent the confirmation email a few minutes later this time to my Gmail account.
