If I had a balance with them (I don't) then I would ride it out, hoping for a buyout.

The ridiculous thing is that these people (Nitro) are effectively insolvent (honoring zero withdrawals) and yet thy continue to take deposits, offer bonuses and send professional looking emails.

Even in unregulated jurisdictions I have never seen anything like this before. It is a scam operation and no authority seems to care.

The only reason why I deposited there 2 weeks ago is because I had a Nitrogen account from 2018 and I remember how reliable and how fast payment were processed back then. I didn't do any research and trusted blindly that the name change was just a name change and nothing else.

I deposited over 10 000 euros (0.088 BTC) to bet on one tennis match I had high confidence on but my stake got limited at 4000 euros (fair enough I guess).

I managed to split my full balance on several bets, all won (at low odds).

Just when my balance refreshed and I initiated a withdrawal, I smelt something wrong when my first attempt was rejected, without any reason given. It was on a Saturday.

Given the high balance (about 12 000 euros) I spent the full Sunday totally depressed after reading the reviews on trustpilot, and then this SBR thread.

On Monday, I chatted with the guy of Nitro and he told me max withdrawal is 0.04 BTC (which makes no sense since I deposited 0.088 BTC just two days before).

Monday: Got 0.04 BTC in my Binance account (processed in 8 hours)
Tuesday: requested another 0.04 BTC that got paid on Friday night (felt like forever)
Next Monday (today), requested the remaining (0.033 BTC) and got paid just now

All in all: took about 10 days to receive all my money split on 3 withdrawals but I feel really lucky when I see all these negative reviews around??!!

Good news for you Poisec.

But honestly it's a bad look to be paying out new players ahead of those waiting months.

I think we can all guess why they would choose to do that.

Yeah, I feel bad for those waiting. I had a similar experience with a ewallet back in 2020, got my money 2 years later so hopefully all people waiting will get paid.

Last week I contacted Nitrobetting to tell them I want to be an affiliate and bring 2 very high rollers players, perhaps that's why I got paid (it was a lie to get paid faster).

I just requested a withdrawal of .25 LTC, between $25 and $30, on July 18th, 2025. I am still waiting on confirmation, and my withdrawal to be processed. It will be 6 weeks, this Friday.

Every time I contact them I get the same answer that my request is still under review and has not yet been finalized, I would appreciate it if someone could help me with this

Unfortunately this is a problem for many people.

They sent me a email promo $100 but I didn't even bother to claim since we know they scammers now.. Haven't used them since they moved from OG platform which was amazing years ago.

I hadn't played there in years and got the same promo and took it. I guess I should not count on getting paid if I happen to run it up.

If I could think of anything effective I would Ksherm.

I fear with so many old payouts on slow pay it might still be a while for you if they are choosing to pay new depositors first, as has been reported.

I've had a withdrawal in at nitrobetting that has been pending for about 3 months. I'ts only for about $150. No email response and they stopped answering me on live chat.

They appear to be working toward getting everyone paid. If that actually happens is no more than a guess still right now but I would lean toward you getting paid eventually. If you are not paid before Xmas my opinion will probably change by then though.

They offer so much free stuff too. My withdrawal has been pending over 4 months now. They don't respond to my emails and they don't even answer on live chat now. When they were answering my live chat, they insisted that they are not using any delay tactics..

I just got off of live chat with them and this time they did answer my chat. This is what the agent said: "I understand your concern regarding your withdrawal from 05/03. Your request is still being handled by the Processing Team, and while I’m not able to give a specific timeframe, please rest assured that it is actively being looked into. I’ve already flagged your request to help ensure it receives attention. Delays can occur due to verification checks and high volumes, but your funds will be processed and honored according to our standard procedures. Thank you for your patience and understanding." I should add that they have been telling me this when they actually answer me on live chat, for over four months.

FWIW, to all those still waiting and have been ghosted by support so far, I had a very similar experience 4 or 5 years ago with old Nitro admins. I had lost my 2FA codes AND access to my own email in a catastrophic event and Nitrogensports,eu support absolutely ignored the **** outta me for two solid months after I explained from a newly made account what had happened. Naturally, yes, I was carrying a balance. Considerable enough for me to fret for two months through complete radio silence from them. Never responded to my request for help. They simply deleted the new acct I made and ignored my dozens of emails with photos of me, with ID, with utility bills ....holdin up signs with sad faces ( I was a reg).

One day, they just up and emailed me. I had "pased verification" and could access my acct and funds. I think that the sme ignore schtick is at play here, perhaps. Frankly, considering they are starting to slowly pay out others, new and old, there could be no other reason to ignore a few. I'd take the under on Opti's previously stated Xmas date for Nitro to right the ship. But who knows? Good luck, will be monitoring. I was once in line in this thread as well but they sent my WD after 6wks, iirc.

I requested a payment April 17th and have been waiting ever since.

I have emailed help@nitrobetting.eu so many times. They reply quickly with close to the same generic response every time. Here is the most recent one:

"Hello xxx,

Thank you for contacting us.

I regret that your request is still under review by our Processing Team.
As mentioned previously, we are unable to provide a specific timeframe
at this moment.
That said, another reminder has been sent to the Processing Team on your
behalf. However, we still do not know when they will be able to proceed
with your request.

Thank you for your continued patience.

Customer Service Dept"

I have emailed security@nitrobetting.eu upon customer service's request, many times, but they never answer.

They tell me there is no phone number and no one higher up that I am able to contact.

They have not requested anything from me nor told me any issue with my account and I still have access to everything.

I was paid a payment a week or so before I requested the April 17th payout and have not been playing in the account while waiting for this one.

All they keep saying is be patient. You will be paid. The processing team is reviewing your request.

It has been 5.5 months now and nothing at all has happened.

I thought maybe they were backed up and waiting for football money, but it's now October and nothing.

Any suggestions?

That's hard to put in my games at a book that I may never be paid by rather than at a paying one, but I guess it's worth a try.
