50/50 This upgrade and ETF possibility really helping ETH. I'm just holding tight with those big 3. BTC, SOL then ETH. Anyone of these 3 is good but switching around isn't a good idea. I was heavy ETH for a long long time because of the upgrade. Then I moved a lot to SOL and it's costing me.

Arky, you post great info. My observation from videos and personal experience:

1) Impoverished nations (like Argentina and many African countries) will be on the Crypto wagon. Ease of transactions across borders, and many currencies (like the Argentine peso) are becoming obsolete. Argentina passing currency law to make other forms of money acceptable.

2) I'm still surprised Litecoin hasn't caught on more. Has to be the quickest/cheapest way to fund sportsbooks. Fast transactions for < 1-cent.

3) Would like to know more about Monero. If that's a way to avoid legality, I think it will have a use-case in the near future.

I'm not trying to offend the vets that have been around since they know this. For new guys and I keep saying this. People will lose money during these bull runs by switching coins back and forth chasing green. It's the only way that you can lose right now. Best to get some profits first.

Agreed. The "accumulation phase" is over as far as I'm concerned. Next stop is selling. selling for profit and going into a stablecoin so I will have liquidity for purchasing power further down the line....

People keep predicting the demise of Tether yet it keeps on trucking. Still, I'm taking a hard look at DAI as my stablecoin of choice... Perhaps I will get some of both....

Monero is true crypto. Untraceable, untrackable. If everyone used Monero, it would be a wonderful world.

To coin an old saw, Monero is "the coin you thought you were getting when you bought Bitcoin". It is the coin of choice on the dark web because of its features. Not that everyone using it is a criminal - some people like the privacy . How you spend your money shouldn't really be anyone else's business...

It drives governments crazy because they can't track it or tax it. Governments strong arm exchanges into delisting it - Binance recently delisted it. Spineless. Monero has survived delistings before, it will survive this latest hit.

You can still get it at Kraken or TradeOgre.....

If you reconsider, TradeOgre is very easy to use. No KYC - just an email and 2FA and you're in.

The website seems a little sketchy but I've never had any problems. Get in, get out is the way to go at TradeOgre.

Was going to sell and just buy more Bitcoin. But still down about 700 on Litecoin.

I would keep the btc. I'd liquidate the ltc and get into some of the newer projects. AI and gaming are flying right now

This is what I have learned. I am taking profits this time. I always just held through ups and downs like an idiot. You can never go broke taking profits. For the new guys this has helped me. Don't look at the $$$$ look at the % that you are up. You invest 500 in a coin it goes up to 750 take out 3/400 and reinvest it in a new project without touching your capital. Rinse and repeat. It has been working for me.

Also stop loss is your friend crypto markets don't sleep!

It should hit some time but you never know what will pop up. The SOL train got stopped because FTX dumped the SOL that they owned along with having an outage. If that doesn't happen ,SOL would have continued it's run. Now we have to wait.

My idea is to keep a minimum of the coins that I think will perform well, take profits on the others, and whenever any of them exceed expectations, take profits from them.

I will leave the majority of my portfolio in BTC, ETH, and some in AI, gaming, and the metaverse.

I believe that these sectors will always be an attractive market capable of making one of these coins a big hit in the industry one day.

Huh. I never had any problems like that with Gemini. I haven't used them in a while but I would wire-in direct from my bank, buy BTC or ETH and then withdraw same day to Kucoin or a hard wallet. Never a problem but that's what the forum is good for - hearing other people's experiences....

Mexc.com might be a good no-KYC exchange to deal with. I haven't used them yet but I'm setting it up and they carry a huge amount of coins. They are in the Seychelles, I believe. I found logging in with a VPN set to "Greece" doesn't seem to trigger any negative message about "not allowed in your area".....

No reason. I have an account at mexc just make sure your VPN doesn't disconnect because they will jam you up from what I have heard
