XRP will probably do well in the near term but it's not something I want to hold forever. I've had some since 2017 and it's kind of my hedge in case a centralized crypto takes over. It's aimed at working "with" global banking and that's not what crypto is about for me.

I dumped all my XRP a month or 2 ago when some bad news came out. Sold for around .25 and it's up over 700% since then!

I've said 80-100k by August ... 100k + by the end of the year. It may go as high as 200 by mid 2022. If there is some corporate pile in, that could also spike up there by the year's end.

Where did you store yours? When all the SEC shit was happening I was going to sell but Bittrex wasn't allowing trading. At the time I was annoyed but I guess I should be thanking them!
They still aren't allowing trading (I just checked). I think if it hits $3.00 I will move it and liquidate.
Lots of other better crypto projects to invest in.

Yep, I always felt kinda dirty holding XRP - strictly about the money with that one. I swapped mine in for DOT which doesn't look like a very good trade at the moment but the final story is not written, yet.

When the SEC was going after them, several exchanges bailed on XRP. XRP goes up every time there is a small victory against the SEC and might be able to shake off all the bad press eventually...

Just got off the phone with my rep at betus. Apparently a part of their training process for reps is teaching them about crypto. They gave the rep $20 worth of LTC about 8 months ago to help with training when they hired him. He was all fired up that it's worth like $150 now.
