What's up fellas. Been a long time...

Just wanted to pop in and give my 2 cents about a Week 3 game. Cardinals @ Seahawks. The Seahawks are absolutely horrible this season and I'm pretty sure they are trying to tank the season in order to draft Andrew Luck. T Jackson is the most inept QB in the league, Gallery is out, and the Hawks are playing a bunch of rookies on the O-Line. Not to mention Sidney Rice is injured and rumored to have a torn labrum. The receivers are non-factors anyways since Tarvaris Jackson is so bad. Seahawks offense is averaging 3.5 yards per play so far this year (passing and running combined).... yea, LOL! Seahawks are getting too much credit for the "homefield advantage" of CenturyLink (formerly Qwest) Field. Seahawks lose again... Take the Cardinals -3 (half pt buy to be safe) or the ML to be even safer... but I honestly would be really surprised if the Cards didn't win by 7+

The logical move would be to give Whitehurst a chance. But I listened to the Pete Carroll press conference today and it doesn't sound like he has any intention of doing so. Almost 100% positive that Jackson will be starting again. Who knows, he could be pulled for Whitehurst during the the game though depending on how it goes.

Carroll ignoring the fact that Jackson is so horrible and refusing to give Whitehurst a chance is a big reason (among others) why I believe the Hawks are trying to tank this season for draft position and a shot at Andrew Luck. Letting Hasselbeck go for Jackson? It makes no sense if the Hawks were actually trying to win this season

Best teaser for week 3 is Mia +10.5 and Min +10...both could very realistically pull off the win, let alone cover the spread.
