I have been following this system for a few years and have seen it to be successful. I finally decided to join in on it this year (of course the tigers lose right away). I'm gonna hang with it for sure. Thanks for all the posts! One thing I wanted to point out is that with the system, I believe you are not suppose to bet against the top two ranked RPI teams, or on the teams that are in the 10% of the lowest road record teams. I believe you are never to bet on them as an unofficial bet or official bet if playing on the road. I have seen the twins listed as an unofficial bet. On the similar system I know of, the twins would not be a bet. They have the worst road record and are playing away this weekend against the white sox, thus making them a bet you would avoid, or, at least taking caution with. Just a reminder or a suggestion. I do think the future system bets would look a lot more comforting without the twins listed so many times! Again thanks for the posts and updates!Last edited by JLaw; 05-07-16, 11:38 PM.Comment -
I just reinforced another valuable lesson, especially important with chase systems, its more important to preserve your bankroll than to win, I thought I'd try continuing chasing detroit through the next series and just wiped out my entire profit for the year >_<Comment -

Hopefully that tigers series was the only loss of the year! I'm staying away from the unofficial bets until I win enough on official ones. Then I might just go half units on the official ones and quit August 15th! I know one thing I'm not sweating on the like 3 or 4 crappiest teams at all. Unless maybe if they're playing each other. I think Arizona is gonna be official tomorrow. I'm pretty sure the rangers are unofficial along with the twins. I would definitely go with the Rangers series over the twins series!Comment -

As far as Road records I'll look in to that part of it.
I am not looking to make the system more comforting, so others will follow it. I am just tracking the plays.
As for Unofficial series/plays, they do not have to be played/bet. I have yet to place a bet on the Unofficial plays, I am just tracking them.Comment -

I see what you're saying. Thanks again for keeping track. Just to clarify from what I researched, it says never bet on a team that is playing on the road that has one of the 3 worst road records. Right now it looks like Minnesota, Cincinnati, and Houston would not qualify for any system play (unless maybe they're playing each other? Not sure about that).It doesn't say anything about not playing them when they play at home. It doesn't say don't bet against the top two RPI ranked teams I guess, it appears that betting against them would always be an unofficial bet. Another idea I just had...if two official system bets are playing the same day, why not parlay them to reduce ur bets and possibly get more profit? If you parlay 2 A bets, and one of them loses, you would've lost that day anyway now you risk less on the B bet. Seems to make sense to me! I guess only thing you're missing out on is gaining a win off of one of the series but it would lower the risk quite a bit, especially in low payouts where odds are up in the -180 range. I have a question about the RPI, I thought I seen where you don't play a team more than 0.025 away from the other team but can't find that in the rules? Can someone clear that up?
Also Jlaw I'm right there with you on the parlays actually. It's just my personal way to play if there is a big price for instance Friday I played the Cards on a open parlay because their juice was a little to high for what we are doing. Thankfully I did cause obviously it lost but then Saturday their juice was back in my range and I played them the exact way the system says and it worked out perfectly. To me it makes sense.
I really appreciate you guys taking the time to post. It's a lot of games to keep up with and I am keeping track myself but it is great to see someone else doing the same and discussing.Comment -

I found it so humorous today getting The Chumps email trying to claim that Detroit was an unofficial bet and it does not count! This is the biggest bullshit ever. Below is the email I sent to this idiot about this
