First juicy limes of the year appeared on the tree this week, so Caribbean Jerk marinated chicken tacos it is - with a black bean/pineapple salsa, cilantro/lime crema. Also, (as some ‘Fly Me’ crew already knows) I pickle my own jalapeņo slices, for the salsa. Good weekend all!
