Don't know much about them but had a complaint a week or so ago and they responded fast and were helpful in resolving it for the player.

Send in a complaint form if you would like some SBR help with it; http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

Realbet.eu is hosted by Futurebet. Futurebet is probably the biggest offshore scam of all time. They had their own operation, hosting, facility and good software and they used it to cheat players and partner clients and as result, those clients. Fast forward years later and Topbet has successfully used their hosted websites and software as mostly a third party company. We dont know who realbet is as of yet. It could be a brand from inside futurebet in in which you need to run, or it could be an outside company like Topbet, a new wildcard. They are not affiliated with Topbet. That is all we have confirmed.

So this book just never pays players ever and just takes deposits? Why can attorneys not take them down?

They owe me $1500 since late March 2016. Don't talk to customer service they are puppets. Speak to a manager. They refunded me my original bet amounts, but still waiting for my winnings. I guess they are having problems with the US government and banks. They are not authorizing payouts. The manager said they hope to have the issue resolved by Mid July.

Do you think they're just telling you that? Or do you think they are actually going to send the payouts.

    Are they ranked by SBR?

I just called again and supposedly they have started authorizing payments again to some customers. I think last batch was sent out back in May for customers requesting payouts in early March or late February.

We spoke with a manager today. Realbet acknowledges using Futurebet software but claims to do their own processing, which if true is a situation similar to Topbet as Bill mentioned. They've admitted that they are having payment issues that they say are caused by third party processors and believe impacted players should be caught up in 3-4 weeks.

We have listed them today at D- which is part of the blacklist until these payout issues are caught up and users report more consistent service. They are also interested in eventually adding bitcoin to be able to better handle player transactions.

D- , wow the only way I would deposit there is if they cleaned up their act and fixed the payout issues, good luck receiving deposits from anyone reading this thread.
