#36I know 5 dimes sent the confirmation email, but they all absolutely should. I'm kind of surprised DSI didn't, if they didn't. And account hacking isn't new, but the hackers used to dump the money in poker. Now they have an option to get cash, so the books should increase security with confirmation email or even a phone call.Comment -

#37What's the protocol at DSI for bitcoin withdrawals?
FTR, not trying to place blame on anyone.Comment -

#38Dsi will release every dime from your account threw their automated cashier to who ever manages to hack into their account and request a bitcoin payment, you won't notice anything until you see your depleted balance when you log in.Originally posted by raiders72001What's the protocol at DSI for bitcoin withdrawals?

#39They need to fix that shit. Anyone who has a balance is at risk with that policy, weather they ever heard of Bitcoin or not. I have a balance there now. They really should fix this, a stupid notification via email would be enough to prevent most fraudulent withdrawals. If you can offer me a bonus via email you can send one to notify/verify a withdrawal especially via cash/bitcoin.Originally posted by TriumphDsi will release every dime from your account threw their automated cashier to who ever manages to hack into their account and request a bitcoin payment, you won't notice anything until you see your depleted balance when you log in.Comment -

#40I agree, a notification would have stopped the theft, DSI doesn't care, DSI CS said it isn't their problem.I would have to do my own investigation.Originally posted by KindredThey need to fix that shit. #51I think my DSI account was given away by one of their sweat shop tellers , must have found it too hard to resist the temptation living on $3 an hourOriginally posted by combination lockCould be an inside job by a past or present employee.... every live chat you have to confirm your password... easy pickings for a scamming mind
Thats the likeliest suspect imo

#52The account had $1200 in it two days before it was robbed with bitcoin, I lost about $800 in two days on soccer, the scumbag thief must have gotten nervous and decided to steal the $490 before I lost it all.Comment -

#53They tell you when your withdrawal has been processed. Maybe take your anger and focus it on whomever used your computer to access your account. You have any hookers around, a kid, an angry wife, a paper boy looking for his two bucks? Somebody had access to your username and password at the very least, and most likely your PC. I'd start by focusing my anger there before lashing out at others on internet forums.Originally posted by TriumphI have been with DSI 8 years and never seen any email regarding a payout being requested, if I did get that emai I wouldn't have be robbed.
