We're breaking down the Premier League odds for our best predictions for Matchweek 9, following last week's 66% hit rate, with the +205 pick the only miss.
This week, we return to a pick that has been more successful than the Spice Girls in the 90s. Erling Haaland headlines the soccer picks below. I'm also featuring a Chelsea combination play, with the Blues welcoming Sunderland to Stamford Bridge. The third pick expects a low-scoring battle for Sean Dyche in his first match in charge of Nottingham Forest.

Chelsea vs. Sunderland prediction: Chelsea ML & Sunderland not to score (+130) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Chelsea is on a roll, winning four in a row by a combined margin of 11-2. Manager Enzo Maresca's side kept clean sheets in two of those matches, against Benfica at home (1-0) and Nottingham Forest on the road in their previous Premier League match (3-0).
They've also prevented the opposition from scoring in two of four top-flight matches at Stamford Bridge.
Playing relegation favorites Sunderland should help their chances of securing another goose egg. While formidable at home, the Black Cats are tame on enemy turf, scoring just one goal in four away matches.
That lonesome goal came against a Nottingham Forest team that was utterly devoid of confidence. BetMGM is the place to trigger this bet, as it offers the best price (+130) of the best sports betting sites. A winning $10 bet will profit $13.

Aston Villa vs. Man City prediction: Erling Haaland anytime goal (-120) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I'm returning to Haaland, who has been more profitable than a block of gold in a cash-strapped economy. While I'm cognizant of the fact that the Norwegian's goal run will soon come to an end, I'd kick myself if I overlooked the pick and he bagged another.
And I can't quite believe the best soccer betting sites are offering odds as long as -120, which carries a 54.55% implied probability.
He scored five goals in the previous three Premier League matches, including a pair of two-goal performances. He bagged a brace at Goodison Park in Man City's last match.
The 25-year-old has a goal in 12 consecutive matches in all competitions for club and country, bagging an outrageous 22. In the Premier League, he leads all scorers with 11 goals in eight appearances, already five ahead of second-place Antoine Semenyo. His odds to net another goal range from -120 to -125, with BetMGM offering the former, where a winning $10 bet would profit $8.33.
📊 Bournemouth vs. Nottingham Forest odds

Bournemouth vs. Nottingham Forest prediction: Under 2.5 goals (+100) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I did say last week that Ange Postecoglou was on thin ice. Turns out, the heat he was facing melted it, with Postecoglou being cast away by Nottingham Forest in a horrendous tenure in which he didn't register a win.
Forest hired former Everton and Burnley manager Sean Dyche as his replacement, the type of manager I expected them to bring on before going with the now-ousted Aussie.
Dyche is renowned for keeping things tight at the back, thanks to unerring discipline and an incredibly organized and oft-impenetrable structure.
While the team has a ton of work to remain in the Premier League, I expect it to take on Dyche's defense-first system immediately. The collective will also be galvanized by a philosophy that better suits their skill set. Caesars is the only one of the best sports apps offering even-money odds.
A winning $10 bet will return $10 in profits.
