The Red Wings are seeking their fourth victory of the five-game trip, but the Golden Knights are a -180 moneyline betting favorite to end Detroit’s trek on a sour note when the teams meet tonight, with puck drop from T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nev., set for 10 p.m. ET (ESPN+).

⬆️ Lucas Raymond player prop: Over 1.5 shots (-182) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Raymond seemed reluctant to shoot the puck early in the year, attempting just 11 shots in his first five games. It’s been the opposite since, with the winger attempting at least five shots in five of his last six games and hitting the net 10 times in his last three.

That extra shooting has been rewarded with six points - including a pair of goals - in the first four games of the Red Wings’ road trip.

At -182 odds, DraftKings implies just a 64.54% probability that Raymond records multiple shots again tonight. I project his chances to be closer to 70%, making this worth a four-star wager with the opportunity to profit $5.49 on a $10 bet.

⬆️ Shea Theodore player prop: Over 0.5 points (-135) ⭐⭐⭐

Noah Hanifin’s injury has meant more playing time for Shea Theodore, who has been on the ice for 25-plus minutes in each of the Golden Knights’ last three games. Some of that additional time has come on the Knights’ power play as well.

The defenseman has made the most of that extra opportunity, collecting assists in each of those games and in four of his last five. He attempted 10 shots in Friday’s loss to the Colorado Avalanche and has fired 24 shots in his last four outings.

Most of the best sports betting sites were offering Theodore Over 0.5 points at -140 or better, with DraftKings’ -135 odds the best available at the time of writing. Those odds imply a 57.45% probability, with a chance to win $7.41 on a $10 bet.

🔥 Alex DeBrincat (+210) ⭐⭐

After going goalless in his first eight games, DeBrincat has found the mark in four of his last five. It was just a matter of time for the Red Wings’ sniper, who generated 3.7 expected goals during his scoreless stretch and has a team-leading 7 expected goals on the season, per Moneypuck.

He’s still getting plenty of opportunities, attempting 18 shots in his last two games and scoring on six high- or medium-danger chances during that span.

FanDuel’s +210 price on DeBrincat as an anytime goal scorer is the best available at the time of publishing, compared to +185 at Caesars and +180 at DraftKings. A winning $10 wager would return $21, with an implied probability of 32.26%.
