Johnston is one of the few Stars who is shining offensively at the moment, having potted goals in three of his last six games and collecting seven overall. He had a goal and five shots in Saturday’s 4-3 loss to the Florida Panthers, the fifth time in six games that Johnston has hit the net at least four times.

With Dallas dealing with injuries to several key forwards, the Stars need that continued level of production from their young center, even promoting him to their top line alongside Robertson and Mikko Rantanen.

DraftKings’ -115 odds imply a 53.49% probability that he records at least three shots on goal again tonight, with the chance to profit $8.70 on a $10 wager.

⬆️ Jack Roslovic player prop: Over 0.5 points (+130) ⭐⭐⭐

Jack Roslovic has been extremely effective on Edmonton’s second line alongside Leon Draisaitl and Vasily Podkolzin, collecting five points over his last five games. Going into last night’s game against St. Louis, the trio had outscored opponents 5-0 in 52 minutes of five-on-five play.

His hot streak has also been rewarded with a promotion to the top powerplay unit, and Roslovic should continue to see time with the man advantage after scoring a powerplay goal last night versus the St. Louis Blues.

Robertson has continued to get plenty of quality looks, attempting multiple unblocked shots from high or medium danger areas in six of his last eight games. His slump hasn’t discouraged him from continuing to fire, attempting 12 shots over his last two games and 34 in his last five.

With positive regression on Robertson’s horizon, I’ll be looking to back the Stars sniper in the anytime goal market until that correction comes.
