I'm predicting the Toronto Maple Leafs will beat the Boston Bruins in a contest with at least six goals.

It's never easy predicting the outcome between such fierce rivals. Boston won the only meeting at TD Garden, while Toronto won both contests at Scotiabank Arena.
While these games are usually determined by a margin more thin than my hairline, I'm compelled to back the in-form visitors, who've been one of the hottest teams since the start of February. The Maple Leafs won six of their last eight games and eight of the last 12, notching the W in four of the previous five road encounters.
Not only is Berube's squad the fifth-best on the road (.615 points percentage), but they will most likely have Anthony Stolarz between the pipes for his third start since returning from injury. Stolarz, 11-5-2 with a 2.13 goals-against average and a .928 save percentage, has won both games since re-entering the crease.
There is a concerning development for Berube, whose team has completely dried up offensively in defeat. They haven't lit the lamp more than once in their last six losses. The polar opposite is true in victory, with the Buds scoring at least four goals in seven of the last eight wins. I hope the latter version shows up in Boston.
Boston's home record (18-9-4) is the only reason they're hanging around the wild-card spot. But they've been average lately at TD Garden, losing two in a row and three of the previous five.
