NFL Over/Unders: Yardage & Reception Bets to Make as Camps Open

As training camps open across the league, I'm identifying my favorite NFL yardage and reception Over/Unders to target for the 2026 campaign.
My list includes some familiar faces in new places, as well as some of the most talked-about players this offseason (looking at you, Cam Skattebo).
↕️ NFL yardage & reception Over/Unders
NFL Over/Under odds via our best sports betting sites.
Jared Goff Over 4,050.5 passing yards (-114)
Goff currently has the highest passing yardage Over/Under for 2026, but FanDuel's 4,050.5 yards total still isn't high enough for the Lions quarterback.
Goff hasn't finished below this projected total since his first season with the Lions back in 2021. Even last year's up-and-down year in Detroit resulted in Goff throwing for 4,564 passing yards, the second-most in the NFL. Leading a Lions offense that still boasts in-their-prime stars Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jahmyr Gibbs, Jameson Williams, and Sam LaPorta, Goff finishing below this total is borderline unthinkable.
Tyler Shough Under 3,649.5 passing yards (-114)
There is a ton of optimism surrounding Saints QB Shough entering the season, but this DraftKings' Over/Under is quite the projection for a passer that is still a relative unknown quantity.
A passing yardage total this high would have placed Shough just outside the top 10 last season, nestled between Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes. As good as rookie Shough looked at times in his half-season as New Orleans' starter, there is no way I can back him going Over a total this high. The small sample size makes Shough something of a mystery even now, but it's much more likely he falls short of this projection.
Travis Etienne Over 799.5 rushing yards (-110)
The Saints clearly added Etienne to be their No. 1 running back this offseason, regardless of the continued presence of Alvin Kamara (i.e. the reason for Etienne's low rushing yardage Over/Under). While Kamara will surely still be involved in pass-first situations, Etienne will be the early-down back and between-the-tackles rusher for New Orleans.
That will give Etienne plenty of opportunities to surpass this number after totaling over 1,100 rushing yards in 2025. He has a career 17-game average of 978 yards across his four NFL seasons. DraftKings' total for Etienne is 50 yards lower than FanDuel's at similar odds, making the DraftKings Over a must-play for me.
6️⃣ Touchdown Over/Unders
I highlighted six NFL touchdown Over/Unders to target for next season, including Dak Prescott and James Cook.
Cam Skattebo Under 824.5 rushing yards (-110)
Skattebo is coming off a gruesome ankle injury that cut his rookie year short. The infamous failed backflip only cemented Skattebo as a top fade target for me entering 2026.
Skattebo's star power outweighs his actual importance to the Giants, as he'll be a rotational piece as part of a running-back-by-committee that includes Tyrone Tracy Jr. and Devin Singletary. Throw in quarterback Jaxson Dart's rushing ability, and I wouldn't expect Skattebo to receive a huge workload, even if he wasn't coming off a major injury.
DeVonta Smith Over 1025.5 receiving yards (-114)
I'm buying all of the DeVonta Smith stock I can get my hands on ahead of next season. With A.J. Brown out the door, Smith will be the Eagles' WR1 atop a suddenly sparse depth chart.
Take a look at the other WR options Jalen Hurts has to throw to in 2026: Dontayvion Wicks, Hollywood Brown, and rookie Makai Lemon. Yeah, Smith is going to see a ton of targets and should soar past this receiving yardage total. And despite his slight frame, the former Heisman Trophy winner has only missed five games total in five pro seasons.
Kenneth Walker Over 30.5 receptions (-110)
This is another case of a talented player leading a shallow position group who is slated to receive a heavy workload in 2026 as a result. Walker joins a Chiefs running back room that is, at worst, talent-poor and, at best, inexperienced. He will unquestionably be the guy for K.C. out of the backfield, including in the passing game.
The Super Bowl MVP averaged three receptions per game in the playoffs for the champion Seahawks after fellow running back Zach Charbonnet was knocked out of the lineup with an injury. That averages out to 51 receptions over a 17-game season in a situation that could look similar to what his role will be with Kansas City. The Chiefs will need to emphasize the short passing game as well in order to protect Mahomes coming off an ACL tear and a career-high sack percentage a season ago.
