NFL Parlay Picks Week 1: 3-Leg Parlay With +561 Odds

My NFL parlay picks for Week 1 like two of the highest totals of the weekend to sail Over their respective numbers due to a combination of motivated offenses and lackluster defenses in tantalizing scoring environments.
Plus, if you’ve counted Jayden Daniels and the Commanders out of the postseason picture before the season, you might want to reconsider before disrespecting No 5.

Saints-Lions Over 49.5 (-115)
Detroit averaged 28.3 points per game last season (4th in NFL) and had defensive deficiencies that contributed to its games going 10-7 on Overs.
Though the Saints were one of the most prominent teams for Unders last year, I see the late-season breakout of QB Tyler Shough as a positive sign for their growth offensively moving forward. In a dome for Week 1, I like gaudy offensive outputs on both sides of this matchup.
- Matchup: Saints vs. Lions
- When: Sunday, Sept. 13, 1 p.m. ET
- Where: Ford Field (Detroit)
- Favorite: Lions -6.5 (-122 via FanDuel)
Buccaneers-Bengals Over 50.5 (-112)
Two of the more defensive-optional operations from 2025 are matched up in Week 1 with veteran quarterbacks who both have something to prove in this new season. Joe Burrow’s time in Cincinnati feels tenuous if the Bengals can’t figure it out this year, while Baker Mayfield aims to show last year’s fall from the NFC South crown was an anomaly.
These sides combined to allow 53.1 PPG last season, and I like both offenses to tick up in 2026 compared to their beleaguered 2025 outputs.
- Matchup: Buccaneers vs. Bengals
- When: Sunday, Sept. 13, 1 p.m. ET
- Where: Paycor Stadium (Cincinnati)
- Favorite: Bengals -3.5 (-115 via FanDuel)
Commanders +5.5 (-115)
After a run to the NFC Championship the prior season, the Commanders crashed back down to earth in 2025. But a healthy Jayden Daniels has too much talent to stay down for long, and I like the new energy of first-time coordinators David Blough (offense) and Daronte Jones (defense).
After several off-season changes of their own, the Eagles should have a sharper season, too, but this spread at 5.5 points feels too high for a season-opening divisional game between two motivated sides.
- Matchup: Commanders vs. Eagles
- When: Sunday, Sept. 13, 4:25 p.m. ET
- Where: Lincoln Financial Field (Philadelphia)
- Favorite: Eagles -5.5 (-105 via FanDuel)
