⛅ Buccaneers vs. Bengals weather report

  • Date: Sunday, Sept. 13 @ 1 p.m. ET
  • Location: Paycor Stadium (Cincinnati)
  • Forecast: 82°F, partly cloudy with slight chance of rain
  • Wind: 2 mph SW

Betting + fantasy impact: We're expecting a warm afternoon in Cincinnati, with a minimal chance of rain. I'd consider starting any Bengals or Bucs on your fantasy team, as both passing attacks are poised to take flight in comfortable conditions against suspect secondaries.

🌫️ Jets vs. Titans weather report

  • Date: Sunday, Sept. 13 @ 1 p.m. ET
  • Location: Nissan Stadium (Nashville)
  • Forecast: 88°F, foggy
  • Wind: 3 mph SW

Betting + fantasy impact: It's set to be a balmy and foggy day in Nashville as two of the league's worst teams from a year ago look to start 2026 on a positive note. This game features the lowest total (38.5) of the Week 1 slate, and the forecasted fog could limit the passing game.

⛅ Falcons vs. Steelers weather report

  • Date: Sunday, Sept. 13 @ 1 p.m. ET
  • Location: Acrisure Stadium (Pittsburgh)
  • Forecast: 79°F, partly cloudy with 31% chance of thunderstorms
  • Wind: 4 mph SW

Betting + fantasy impact: The forecast projects a slight chance of thunderstorms in the Steel City. Falcons backers and fantasy owners have to be concerned with Atlanta's offense after starting QB Tua Tagovailoa struggled mightily throughout the preseason.

⛅ Bears vs. Panthers weather report

  • Date: Sunday, Sept. 13 @ 1 p.m. ET
  • Location: Bank of America Stadium (Charlotte, N.C.)
  • Forecast: 87°F, partly cloudy with slight chance of thunderstorms
  • Wind: 2 mph W

Betting + fantasy impact: Similar to several other Week 1 games, there is a slight chance of thunderstorms (24%) here, which we'll keep an eye on as Sunday approaches. This will be the first matchup between Caleb Williams and Bryce Young, the headliners of the blockbuster trade between these teams in 2023.

⛈️ Browns vs. Jaguars weather report

  • Date: Sunday, Sept. 13 @ 1 p.m. ET
  • Location: EverBank Stadium (Jacksonville, Fla.)
  • Forecast: 88°F, cloudy with a 46% chance of rain
  • Wind: 4 mph SW

Betting + fantasy impact: Here's the Sunday forecast to focus on the most, with the highest likelihood of rain (and even thunderstorms) of any contest. If anything, that could help the Browns muddy up a contest they aren't expected to be competitive in (8.5-point underdogs).

☁️ Commanders vs. Eagles weather report

  • Date: Sunday, Sept. 13 @ 4:25 p.m. ET
  • Location: Lincoln Financial Field (Philadelphia)
  • Forecast: 82°F, cloudy with a chance of thunderstorms
  • Wind: 5 mph SW

Betting + fantasy impact: The likelihood of thunderstorms has increased throughout the week for this NFC East matchup. Jalen Hurts is a perfect 5-0 in season openers in his NFL career, and his Eagles are a 5.5-point home favorite against the Commanders on Sunday.

☁️ Cowboys vs. Giants weather report

  • Date: Sunday, Sept. 13 @ 8:20 p.m. ET
  • Location: MetLife Stadium (East Rutherford. N.J.)
  • Forecast: 77°F, cloudy with a slight chance of rain
  • Wind: 5 mph SW

Betting + fantasy impact: There's only a slight chance of rain in New Jersey for the first Sunday Night Football matchup of the 2026 season. The John Harbaugh era kicks off with high hopes against a stacked Cowboys offense.

⛈️ Broncos vs. Chiefs weather report

  • Date: Monday, Sept. 14 @ 8:15 p.m. ET
  • Location: Arrowhead Stadium (Kansas City, Mo.)
  • Forecast: 83°F, cloudy with a 49% chance of thunderstorms
  • Wind: 12 mph SW

Betting + fantasy impact: We're projecting a windy and rainy Monday Night Football matchup. Both starting quarterbacks (Patrick Mahomes and Bo Nix) had offseason surgery following major injuries last year. Combine that with the projected sloppy conditions, and this is unlikely to be a high-scoring affair.
