In a game with a big spread, we have some high-value prop picks for the Monday Night Football game between the New York Giants and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Tampa Bay will be desperate to end a two-game losing streak when they host the Giants at Raymond James Stadium on Monday night. The reigning Super Bowl champions lost 36-27 to the Saints in Week 8 and then came off a bye week to suffer a shock 29-19 defeat to Washington last Sunday. It left the Bucs with a 6-3 record for the season, and they need to return to winning ways quickly.

New York should prove to be an easy opponent. The Giants beat the Raiders in Week 9 and they followed it up by enjoying a bye week, so they should be well-rested. However, they are bottom of the NFC East with a 3-6 record and have the 25th ranked defense in terms of yards per game.

Here are my top prop picks for the Monday Night Football matchup between the Giants and the Buccaneers (odds via FanDuel Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Top Monday Night Football Prop Picks

New York Giants Over 19 Points (-112) ???Leonard Fournette Over 62.5 Rushing Yards (-114) ???Chris Godwin Over 73.5 Receiving Yards (-114) ????

Monday Night Football Prop Bets

New York Giants Over 19 Points (-112)

The Giants had been building up momentum before their bye week. They beat the Panthers 25-3, suffered a narrow 20-17 defeat to the Chiefs, and then picked up a 23-16 win against the Raiders.

They have since had a week off to recharge the batteries. If they maintain that prior momentum, they should put up more than 19 points in this game. The Bucs are undefeated at home, so Tampa Bay is still highly likely to win this game. However, the Giants could keep things reasonably close.

They have gone over 19 points in five of their nine games so far this season, while the Bucs give up 23.5 points per game on average. The Tampa defense looked a little shaky against the Saints and Washington. It is hard to trust Daniel Jones, but 19 points seems like an achievable target.

Fournette Over 62.5 Rushing Yards (-114)

The Giants are 21st in the league in defending against the run and 30th in rush DVOA. That does not augur well for a game against Fournette.

He went over 62.5 rushing yards in four straight games from Weeks 4-7, before going under that total in his last two games. The Bucs continue to put their faith in Fournette though, as he had a snap share of over 60 percent in each of those two games. This is a great opportunity for him to come roaring back.

Godwin Over 73.5 Receiving Yards (-114)

Godwin could be the star of the show on Monday night. Antonio Brown is ruled out with an ankle injury, while Rob Gronkowski is listed as questionable, so Godwin and Mike Evans might be Brady’s main weapons.

Godwin is averaging 79.7 receiving yards per game this season and has only gone over 73.5 in four of nine games. However, he racked up 111 receiving yards against the Bears in Week 7 and 140 against the Saints in Week 8, before a quiet game against Washington last weekend.

That game against Washington could prove to be an aberration, and Godwin has all the necessary attributes to thrive against a Giants pass defense that allows 249.9 yards per game through the air.
