Colts vs. Chargers Player Prop Picks: Best Prop Bets & TD Picks for Week 7

Last Updated: October 19, 2025 6:16 AM EDT • 3 minute read X Social Google News Link

My best Colts vs. Chargers player props analyzes why the Los Angeles defense may be the first true test for the top-ranked Indianapolis scoring offense and quarterback Daniel Jones.
Kickoff from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif., is set for 4:05 p.m. ET (CBS) on Sunday afternoon, and the Chargers are listed as the 1.5-point betting favorite.
Our NFL picks expect a Chargers wide receiver to continue a recent hot streak. I close out my NFL predictions for Week 7 by targeting the Colts’ tight end’s anytime TD scorer prop, exploiting the weak spot in the Los Angeles defense.

⬇️ Daniel Jones Under 225.5 passing yards (-111) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
It may seem blasphemous to place our most confident five-star wager on the Under for a quarterback who leads the NFL with a 79.7 Total QBR. While Daniel Jones is the first Colts quarterback since 2015 to throw for 200 yards and a touchdown in each of the first six games of a season, the Chargers defense should provide the stiffest test yet.
Los Angeles has held four of its last five opposing starting quarterbacks to 205 or fewer passing yards, with three failing to throw for 180 yards. And the Chargers have allowed the most rushing touchdowns outside the tackles while Colts running back Jonathan Taylor has scored the most touchdowns in that split, so Indianapolis should be attacking more on the ground this week.
Under backers will find the best value at DraftKings, as its O/U is eight yards higher than the total of 217.5 on the low end of the market. Through DraftKings’ -111 price at 52.61% implied odds, a $10 wager would net $9.01 in profits if Jones throws for 225 or fewer yards.
⬆️ Ladd McConkey Over 59.5 receiving yards (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey has been on a tear lately with touchdowns in back-to-back games after failing to score in any of the first four games of the season. But instead of backing his anytime touchdown odds for this week, I am more interested in his receiving yards total, as Indianapolis allows the second-most yards to wide receivers.
McConkey has seen seven or more targets in each of the last two weeks. And while quarterback Justin Herbert has been under much duress with offensive line woes responsible for the team’s 28th-ranked pass block win rate, he should be much more comfortable in the pocket against a Colts pass rush that ranks 29th in the same metric.
DraftKings once again offers a great number for Over backers, as McConkey’s O/U is as high as 65.5, juiced to -115 at 53.49% implied odds for the Over. Thus, the best price and number is at DraftKings, where a $10 winning wager would return $9.09 in profits.

🔥 Tyler Warren to score a touchdown (+155) ⭐⭐⭐
Tyler Warren’s 370 receiving yards lead all tight ends this season. And the start to his rookie season has been historic, as he is the only tight end since the AFL/NFL merger with 350 yards and at least three receiving touchdowns in his first three games.
Warren’s +155 anytime touchdown odds at a 39.22% implied probability are enticing considering the Chargers are tied for the seventh-most receiving touchdowns allowed to opposing tight ends.
If Warren scores again for the fourth consecutive game, my $10 winning wager would net $15.50 in profits through DraftKings’ market-best +155 odds.
