💰 Best Celtics vs. Knicks player prop picks

Our NBA player prop odds tool shows the best odds for every market across legal sportsbooks in your area.

⬆️ Jaylen Brown Over 36.5 points + rebounds + assists (-118) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

With Jayson Tatum (Achilles) not expected back until the later stages of the season, if at all, Jaylen Brown is primed to serve as the main cog in the Celtics’ engine this season. While the absence of the superstar forward is naturally a devastating loss, Brown is as ready as he’ll ever be to handle the pressure of shouldering the load.

The versatile wing opened the new season with a combined 35 points + rebounds + assists Wednesday against the Philadelphia 76ers, and this second consecutive matchup against an Eastern Conference rival should find him similarly busy. It’s worth noting that last season, Brown averaged 25.2 points, 6.8 assists, and 6.6 rebounds per 36 minutes with Tatum off the floor, while also boasting a 32.8% usage rate in that split.

At -118 odds on BetMGM, the bet has a 54.1% implied probability of hitting, while a $10 bet would net $8.47 in profit.

⬇️ Jalen Brunson 33.5 points + assists (-106) ⭐⭐⭐

Jalen Brunson went for 28 points + assists to open the season against the Cavaliers on Wednesday, and circumstances could conspire to keep him to a similar number Friday. The Celtics present a similarly stingy defensive matchup most nights, and Boston kept Brunson from hitting this mark in five of 10 regular-season/postseason meetings a year ago.

The possibility of Karl-Anthony Towns (quadriceps) missing this game changes the equation on this prop, but the big man was essentially listed as out at one point on Wednesday before suiting up and handling a normal workload. Brunson has plenty of help on the first unit when it’s at full strength and should also face plenty of Derrick White’s defense, making the Under a very distinct possibility here.

At -106 odds on FanDuel, the bet has a 51.5% implied probability of hitting, and a $10 bet would net $9.43 in profit.

⬆️ Mikal Bridges 22.5 points + rebounds + assists (-125) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of those aforementioned talented teammates of Brunson’s is his backcourt mate Mikal Bridges, who finished Opening Night with 27 points + rebounds + assists and averaged just under that figure - 26.8 - in that split last regular season at Madison Square Garden.

The versatile wing’s numbers to start the season indicate what a typical night could be for Bridges in what is now his second full season in New York, playing alongside the rest of his first-unit mates. His signature shooting efficiency could also play a significant role in helping him cash this very reachable prop in a game in which the Knicks have an implied team total of as high as 116.5 points at some of our best sports betting sites.

At -125 odds on BetMGM, the bet has a 55.6% implied probability of hitting, while a $10 bet would net $8.62 in profit.
